Common sense approach to lending when assisting a sole trader …
Your company looked at my sole trader annual turnover , obviously took into account my business debt free position with all income generating assets owned outright, excellent credit score,and also the issue with cashflow over the next few months due to external forces and approved what is essentially a small loan in reality...with a sensible repayment schedule....overall use of a common sense approach . Other lenders worrried about age, uneven farm cashflow , required numerous assets for collateral, volumes of paperwork, ridiculously high interest rates,etc...a real pain.Also, the broker's understanding approach made the loan process unstressful.

Straight forward process with great communication from the team. Little bit frustrated that other additional costs (servicing fees, business fees etc) werent explained clearly so my fortnightly repayments end up being more than i originally thought.

No issues with the application and the process the only thing was annoyed with was 2 weeks after the loan was settled had to pay the first month's instalment. Asked to have it changed by 2 weeks and was told no it would add to much to the end of the loan. Was not impressed.
