Buggy App and Surcharge Fees

I am unable to manage my loan as their app says I currently have no active loans. Been trying to reach customer service for 48 hours unsuccessfully. I was also shocked to be hit with a $9 surcharge fee because I made an EARLY payment (after being told no extra fees for early payments).

Genuinely hassle free process

Dealing with Money Me was a genuinely professional and pleasant experience. Once all the required documents were submitted, the process moved along seamlessly. After approval was granted, the funds were transferred to my account almost instantly.

Great service and a truly hassle-free process.

Great experience setting up the loan…

Great experience setting up the loan but can't seem to log into the app though despite trying to reset password/pin. Tried several times in the past week.

Update 04/06/26: thank you, the app is now working. 👍
