Helpful at first but never seem to answer phones. Wanted to speak to my contact, pressed option five and was told this option is not available??

Agreed a rental in Leicester in November, for the following academic year. Told late June that it was no longer available, no phone call, poor communications. Offered unsuitable alternatives (too few bedrooms, too far away).

We went to two site on 09/10/2024, one project that had just started and was in its gutting to bare brick phase, and the second was in its final snagging phase. I found it useful to see both sites because it gives you an insight into the end property he delivers. At both sites, Umesh was informative and answered all the questions anyone asked him, You can see how passionate he is about HMO properties and how he wants you to also build your portfolio. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I’m really glad I went for the site visit. We got some great insights from Umesh into how renovations are undertaken. Seeing the end product was really helpful as it meant you could see the high quality, professional finish that Moneyrow applies to its properties. We are looking forward to working with Umesh and his team in the future.

Great sharing of information. Umesh really cares about helping others in their own property journey as well as his own. The quality of his sourcing, project management and finish in the properties he develops is top rate. He has built a great team.

Had a great site visit of 2 of Umesh’s current properties he is doing on behalf of clients. The first property in the back to brick phase and the other in the completely finished phase so we could see both ends of the works. Amazing day with lots of insight! Signed up to his end to end deal sourcing and management.. roll forward 6 months look forward to owning a beautiful 6 bed HMO! #hopefullyfirstofmany
