If I could I would give them a big fat ZERO. Their incompetence and unprofessionalism goes beyond the imaginable. I have placed an order with this company (I wish I hadn't) for a bed for my daughter. I wanted to pay the amount in 3 instalments. However after the payment of the first, I had to block my credit card due to unauthorised payments that have been made. I have notified the company of the problem and asked them if they can provide me with an option to pay the remaining instalments in one go or to provide me with another option. They said I can't pay everything in one go (I never understood why), but they will send me links (one in January and another in February) upon which I will need to transfer the money. My husband even called them and explained them the whole situation. Meanwhile I sent few emails asking for the links to be provided since I never received any in January or February. The first link request was send in March with only the 2nd instalment (the payment was made the same day), and the 3rd was never provided, and I have never been contacted by anyone from this company asking me to pay or sending me a request to finalise the 3rd instalment. I gave up begging them to give them the money. And today I receive an email from a debt collector, I presume, with a notice before legal proceedings. How do incompetent companies like this even exist? How do they operate when they are totally incapable. The EU protection of consumers should really start doing their job, and inspectors as well. Putting a mark on somebody's name for your incompetence is unacceptable.

The bed arrived much later than expected when I choose a “fast delivery bed”. Customer service was not helpful at all. Once the bed arrived, the issues continued as there are no holes for the screws, which you have to do by yourself in a hard wood. I have ruined some screws while trying to built the bed which took much longer to built than expected. Will never buy again taking into consideration the price and the hard assembly this bed requires.

There seem to be only one person who can take decision there. Bed ordered but blocked by customs due to wrong declarations by them. Took them over a month to send a replacements. Replace arrived but with dents on one piece and again it’s a merry go round experience. Will not use again !

Fabulous quality Dakar floor bed.
Arrived on time and communication throughout was fantastic.
Was well worth the wait and delivery was great.

Update: the bed has arrived and it’s really nice. Why 4 stars and probably never order again from here? We ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered on 17 May. We had multiple confirmations on mail regarding this. On 22 May no sign of the bed. Nobody was telling us a delivery date and in the meantime our son didn’t have where to sleep in the new house. Absolutely horrible experience and customer care.

Beautiful beds. A bit long to deliver but it is made on order and worthwhile the wait.

Missing part (chimney), mattress dimensions are wrong

I ordered both a bed and its mattress. So far only received the latter which looks and feels great. The bed is under construction phase and will be shipped soon. Once received I'll be able to provide a fuller review.
At the moment I am pleased with the materials, the shipping time and the assistance provided by the company.

It took longer than what they guaranteed, had to reach them and complain. After that, they sent it without any notice and in a completely uncharacterized package. Not even one reference to Mon Lit Cabane in the package and instructions. It seemed very strange

We received the wrong parts and despite getting the new ones relatively quick, Communication was poor. Bed is lovely but service could have been better.

After a great research, I chose a bed " mon lite cabane" and I'm satisfied. A safe bed with rounded corners and of course beautiful to see.

I ordered a bed a month ago that still hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted customer service 3 times to get the reply that it is with the courier and ‘outside of their control’ eventhough the courier has not even scanned the package yet. The delivery time on the bed is already long and customer service is at this point useless

Lovely and good quality bed, I couldn’t find the instructions in the box but I found them in the website after logging in with my account. The varnish fumes of the new bed are very strong, and it still lingering after 3 weeks+.
