Awful service
An E-commerce company in decline? Awful experience - worst in 22 years of shopping on Ebay, purchased 2 Monolith by Monoprice 4 Tier Audio Stand XL - Black for £89.43 each, total of £178.86 on Feb 7 which weren't shipped (a tracking number was supplied) - gave me excuse after excuse Brexit, Weather. . . Tell me they can't refund but I can refuse delivery.
On Feb 18 they sell another for £74.53 (£14.90 reduction in price) even though they knew about hold up with shipping etc. and my purchase still had not been shipped or refunded?
Monoprice European branch haven't a clue on the subtleties of being up front with the buyer once they have taken your money 02/22/2021 UPS tried to deliver and information on UPS site was opposite of what Monoprice-Gmbh kept telling me
Monoprice GmbH - what you say is incorrect - look at UPS Service alerts (Yellow Banner on site) - UPS tried to delivery the 2 stands today 02/22/2021 - so this action destroys your comments

We sincerely apologize for this experience. Indeed, it is a very hard time for all businesses to ship to the UK right now.
The UK customs are piling up on parcels and are slow in clearing customs which leads to UPS just picking up new shipments once a week or even just once in 2 weeks. If they pile more packages up they would only get lost in the end, and they don't want to take any responsibility for that of course.
So the whole situation is out of our hands. We are doing our best.
We have all the warnings up on monoprice.uk, but we are not able to put up warnings in Amazon and eBay.
Your order was refunded now. We also offered you several times to refund your order in the last days, but needed your confirmation which wasn't clear to us. So I apologize for the misunderstanding.
We also apologize for the price drop, but this is what businesses do. We offer promotions from time to time. Furthermore, we would have refunded the price difference of course as long as you are still waiting to receive your order.
We hope that you can understand the situation and that you are not the only customer affected.
