I have three Monport lasers in my shop and all perform great. Monport's lasers are a great value for the price and their online system makes it easy to track the shipping status of my purchases. Tech support is also helpful for any technical difficulties and usually respond within 24 hours.

I bought a 100w fiber engraver from Monport based on their so called reviews since everything I was reading was positive. Of course I never checked to see how customer support was after the fact thinking if someone spends 6k on a piece of hardware that the company would respect them enough to take care of them.
First thing that went wrong. I ordered a package deal that was supposed to come with 3 accessories for free (Lightburn, a Rotary, and an enclosure). When I purchased it the rep that I was talking to told me that the enclosure was out of stock and that it would ship by the end of the month which was fine. When i got the machine it didn't have the rotary with it either. I asked the rep about it and she was going to look into it to see if I was supposed to get one (which the only package you could get came with it so not sure what she was going to look at). She never got back with me with shipping information or even a decent answer so I asked about it and the enclosure again. Well this time she tells me that the enclosure is expected to be in stock in 6 weeks instead of the 2 weeks they told me when I purchased it. She claimed she would get me tracking for the rotary, but i still have not received any tracking information.
Next issue I had was the main purpose of getting a fiber engraver was to be able to cut coins (I do 3D printed items and I wanted to add coins to different things I can sell). I watched a ton of Youtube videos about how 100 watt machine should be able to do this in under an hour which would be fine with me. First one I tried to cut with settings someone posted online was at 65% after 5 hours. At that rate it would have finished at the 8 to 9 hour mark. At that point I started trying to get support involved thinking it is either a setting in lightburn or something wrong with the machine. I have yet to receive any response or help at all for this issue.
The 3rd thing that was wrong is the engraver comes with 2 screws to keep the base stable. The packaging had 1 screw so I asked them to send me a replacement. The first response was to check the foam which of course I had already done, but I went ahead and checked it again. The sales rep said if i didn't find it they would be happy to send me a replacement. Well when i get a response back today they basically told me to go to a hardware store and purchase a replacement since they wouldn't be sending it to me. Kind of sad that you spend that much money on an item and they tell you to go take care of it yourself.
And the last issue so far that I have had was the fact that the autofocus stopped working the 2nd day I had the engraver. Not even going to try and troubleshoot that one with them since they won't respond to my other issues.
I have now just asked for a refund and a way to ship it back to them, but of course I have to pay the 15% restocking fee and the shipping so I will be out at least 1k which is not how a company should treat their customers.
Since I have read reviews of people not getting anything from them after asking for a refund I am just going to jump the gun and write a review here and provide my order number so I can at least get this taken care of.

I had an issue with my door staying up. I tried calling the support number and never got anyone I could talk to. I put in a support ticket and after a few weeks got it all resolved. I love the machine. It works great. I just wish we could actually talk to someone. I think it would speed up the process. My problem wasn't serious but if it were, I would have been loosing money. As I said, this is an awesome machine and very well priced. I would definitely buy another one if I needed another machine.

Been trying to get a reply from monport laser for over a week now for the rest of my order. Cant really use it as need the air puffier. Can never get an answer. Ive now asked for a full refund on the whole order. Customer service is very bad. Tried online chat and also emails and nothing. Next step will be legal advice on consumer's rights

So I researched Lasers for quite a while and decided on Monport mostly for the price, I ordered a 80W large format, after I ordered it I figured out I could not fit it through the doorway to my shop, I emailed sales and asked if I could stop the order and get the smaller format Laser, the y said they would try, well, they made it happen, got the delivery reversed and shipped me the smaller one, a small return freight charge and done, the smaller one cot less so they credited the balance back to my CC.
Some review have indicated a subpar customer service but I found this to be excellent, albeit you do wait a day usually for the response.
Anyway I am a happy camper and do not write very many reviews, in fact pretty much none but thought these guys went above and beyond.

I recently purchased a CO2 laser from Monport, and the ordering process was very easy. I received my order in a timely manner. There was an issue with a missing chiller unit. I sent an email to Monoport with not high expectations given my past experiences with another laser manufacturer; however, I was hugely surprised and pleasantly pleased at the immediate and personal response I got to my query. My issue was resolved immediately and to my full satisfaction. No haggling, no back and forth…just great customer service. Highly recommend.
Monport has been a great company to deal with! While questions might take a little time to get answered sometimes due to the company being based in China, they have always taken care of any issue that came my way. Their lasers are also fantastic, and are the backbone of my small business.
DO not buy these lasers mine came broken and its been 3 weeks 200 + emails and they will not return it. I started the process 3 weeks ago. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. they also kicked me out of the group to prohibit me from telling everyone the truth.
To their reply a bunch of lies they never answer the phone. The emails are always the same made up reason or that they are going to give it to someone. They promised a pickup on the 10 and that never happened they promised a tag over a week ago and again never happened. NEVER BUY THESE MACHINES. GO READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK GROUPS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT WHERE THEY ARE GETTING HIGH RATINGS. How about you just give me a full refund since machine has been broken since it came. Come pick up your machine its taking up valuable space where I can put a quality machine in. DO NOT PURCHASE

Brought a 60w laser had it works ok even though the images on website are different to machine we got. Also brought the rotary to go with it and now this is the problem. Video shows side flap we have to undo with screws a hole panel to try and get at the connection. We have done what we have found online to try and set up with out any joy. It spins way to fast and glasses just come straight of and break. Done some test as it should go round once and it spins two or three times. Have contacted monport a week later after three emails nothing. Now have had to loose a job and did have a 2nd job lined up now have to cancel the customer. Even watched light burn videos with out joy. Not happy

I ordered Lightburn on the MonPort website and the order was processed immediately. However, I did not receive anything more than an order confirmation. I am still waiting in vain for the license key. My e-mails are simply not answered. Now I am glad that I only ordered this license code. Imagine ordering one or two lasers for tens of thousands of euros and then getting nothing more than an order confirmation. It's very sad that you still get ripped off like this.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Monport UK, but my emails are unanswered and when I have tried phoning the aftersales support lines, all I get is a "voice box is full" message.
Absolutely shocking customer service and I am resigned to get my money refunded with my credit card.
