I reached out to Monport because I was having a water pump issue with my laser cutter. Their technical experts were quick to respond and provided clear instructions on how to resolve. All I needed was to add a little more coolant and to squeeze the inlet and outlet tubes to get the coolant flowing. My machine is now running perfectly! I appreciate their quick response and resolution of the issue.

Great response time would love for them to have someone that actually is on american time, but they did their best to work with us. Laser was default upon arrival worked once. Worked with their employees to solve the problem. First problem we tried was cleaning the lens, and then that was a fail. So they just sent us a replacement, no questions asked

The service I experienced with Monport Laser was absolutely phenomenal! The GA-60 MOPA laser I purchased was out of stock and they (Liza) immediately contacted me to let me know and gave me several other choices. I went with the GT-60 MOPA split unit which is an absolute beast and it was delivered in 3 DAYS! During the setup I was confused on a few things during and emailed support. I got a response from Ailyn and Drin in U.S. After sales
to all of my questions within 2 hours. The two gave me all of the information and video guides to help my confusion and now I am getting amazing results on everything I have engraved so far. I asked grok and Gemini what 60 watt MOPA was better and both of them said Monport. They surely were 100% correct! Ill be buying a UV unit in a few month and it will be a Monport. This company is amazing!

I've been using my Monport 40W CO2 laser for about a month now, and it's been surprisingly smooth. After spending some time on mirror alignment, dialing in the focus, and running a good number of test cuts across various power and speed settings, everything's running really smoothly. Although LightBurn felt a little overwhelming at first, I'm confident that with more practice, it'll become second nature. Just my two cents!

I purchased a reno65 pro with the rotary, I was lost as there is no directive available on how it is setup. I emailed support and they responded great with the directions on how to get it working with detailed instructions.

I've just purchased my 4th laser from Monport Laser. All 4 machines are great! I purchased a 28"x20" 80W CO2 laser, the 55W ONYX CO2 desktop laser, the GP30W fiber laser and the GA60W MOPA fiber laser along with many accessories. I haven't had a chance to run the GA60W MOPA yet, but the other 3 machines run perfectly. I use all of the lasers for my business and they are very reliable and accurate. The customer service and sale experience has been great! Fast shipping and any questions answered right away.

I'm a new user. So the learning curve for using a MOPA laser is steep, but after getting the Monport 30w MOPA set up with Lightburn on my Mac, and purchasing a materials library on Etsy for 20 - 60w MOPA lasers, my results have been great. So far I've been able to successfully etch my logo and text on steel, stainless steel, anodized black aluminum and black acrylic. I'm also using the Monport 150w air filter to suck away fumes. It does an adequate job either this laser.

Laser arrived damaged. I don't believe that is Monport's fault, but rather who they shipped it with. The crate looked like it was kicked off of the back of the delivery truck without actually stopping. Unit arrived with a broken camera and way out of square. An email to Monport had a replacement camera on the way, which took about twice as long to receive as the whole laser took once I ordered.
I quickly unboxed, setup and got to engraving and just couldn't get anything to score. after some youtube searching I checked mirror alignments and realized that everything was out of alignment. over the course of three days, I completely disassembled the unit, squared up the frame, the rails for the x/y, then went through and aligned all three mirrors before I was able to get the 1st cut.
I took it as an opportunity to learn more about how the device functions, inside and out and now am very impressed with this unit given the price. There definitely is some value here.

This is my second Monport Laser. I will say shipping times and response times have improved significantly over the last few years. They have the best prices and both of my machines have worked great for me.

This company has become a nightmare. They misquoted the price of the replacement machine, then didn’t tell me about the misquote until I inquired about an expected refund. Upon learning the price would double, I cancelled my order. They were supposed to cancel everything, but somehow shipped two things. I rejected them back. Now they are still refusing a refund until they can decide whether to charge me return shipping on the rejected item. Which they told me in one email they would not, but have since changed stories. My head hurts, this company’s support is highly dependent on who answers your next email. My next will likely be to dispute the charges, since Monport doesn’t seem to want to help out…
