I've ordered on separate occasions a laser (reno 65 pro), marking spray, and acrylic sheets. Everything came in the timeframe expected (surprisingly fast in the case of the laser, only a couple weeks). The laser required a small tweak before using (a homing switch wasn't quite reaching the part of the case it was supposed to) but then works great (65w "desktop" laser in a smaller footprint than any other I've seen but with a larger bed than my previous laser in the same footprint, an LS40). The only thing that I can give as constructive criticism is that the acrylic was packaged too well - the sheets themselves were in bubble wrap and then placed in boxes. I ordered 7 different colors and received 7 individual boxes. I'm sure it's easier from a operational standpoint to do it that way but I'd rather they were combined into 1 box at least.

I'm Loving my Monport co2 laser more and more everyday. I've been running lasers for over a decade daily as a full-time business and I am happy to have added Monport to my collection of tools. The support team is very responsive. One of the key elements when working with lasers is keeping it dialed in and mirrors and lens clean which has been a headache in the passed with other lasers but Monport's adjustments and access doors has made it exceptionally easy. So for every question I've had has been addressed by the support team quickly. I have no regrets whatsoever on my Monport purchase.

I purchased Monport GPro 100W Split MOPA Fiber Laser in early May 2025 where on their web site delivery time was stated 3-5 business days. I have cleared space and was very exited with my plans about the Laser. After a week time I contacted asking where is the item ? They responded that no stock available in UK and they sending item from abroad which will take 1.5 months. I agreed to wait. After 2 months when I asked where is the item they told this in the post and they will sent withing a week. After 2 more weeks when I question again they told machine arrived but was lost in their warehouse. Totally waste of time 3month. I asked refund and now they informed my money will sent in my bank account in 10 days !! Surely I will open dispute with my bank no trust left anymore for this company. I presume they just advertising product they dont have and using your money for the other purpose. Do not buy from this company, buy from elsewhere similar product instead ! Specially those who in UK.
And Monoport UK dont you dear respond to this review with automated message " We are sincerely apologize .......! as you are not.

Monport has great customer service and has answered every question I have had promptly. I needed help connecting my laser and I sent them a video of what it was doing. They quickly identified the problem as to why I was not connecting to my software and sent me a new motherboard for my machine. Thank u so much for all your help. And great service.

Their strong Facebook community is incredibly helpful when you're in a bind, and the technical support from the manufacturer truly sets you up for success.

The new Mega 70W... definitely the WORST purchase I've ever made. I've done so many mods, just to get decent results... and to fix issues that were there on arrival. The latest issue has left me with a machine that DOESN'T WORK AT ALL now! They shipped a USB hub, cables & instructions that was supposed to make the camera available in Lightburn. It did show up, but was completely unresponsive when trying to calibrate or capture. So I switched back to direct connection, but from that point forward the machine will not start up... I just get the spinning "V". Even when switched back to the original connections. Also, since it won't start up, it's not accessible in M-Design OR Lightburn... even though the serial port is active.
Update 7/7/2025: I'm sticking with my rating, although a tech was able to remote in and update the firmware and get it going again (big thanks to him). However, the after connecting the hub, the camera is still unresponsive... and I'm sooo tired of messing with it.
So, here are the mods I made:
1) 3d printed extensions for the feet, so that I can access the screws on the bottom.
2) 3d printed a 2 piece clamp to press out the kink in the coolant line (without having to drain the system).
3) Replaced the inadequate pump for the air assist with an air relay to a shop air compressor (which I had to purchase), thru a hole drilled in the right side panel.
4) Ran the camera connection out thru a hole in the left side panel, via an extension, directly to my laptop. This works for Lightburn but negates the use of features in M-Design Hub.
5) Added an inline blower to PULL the fumes/smoke out of the cabinet.
6) Taped the pass thru panels to increase draw of fumes/smoke.
7) Replaced the weatherstripping provided for the WARPED lid, with expandable foam to get a seal, also for better draw.
Takeaway: This machine is def NOT ready for prime time. I have spent nearly $500 to get this to work, which is, coincidentally, the amount they have reduced the machine by, since my purchase... someone owes me a refund/rebate!

Purchased the Monport reno 45w on the 12 April 2025 and understand there was a 50 day wait for delivery to the UK. I have contacted them for an update on delivery as now over the 50 day deadline, just to be told that my order was shipped out yesterday with an expected delivery now of a further 14 days.
I have checked my order status on there site and it is still stating the order as unfulfilled. I would be very wary of purchasing anything from this company! I'm not convinced that I will ever receive my laser. If service is this bad just for delivery, I hate to think what their technical support is like. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews on this machine online and thought I was purchasing a good product from a reputable company, how wrong can one be. Very disappointed in this companies commitment to customer satisfaction.
Hopefully I'll actually receive my laser, but not holding out much hope.
Update: laser finally arrived. Well packaged and all in excellent condition when unpackaged. I have now had a chance to setup and use the laser and very impressed with its cutting and engraving capabilities. Monport also sent me a £50 voucher as an apology for the exceptionally long delivery time frame. I initially gave this company a 1 star rating and will leave the rating as is. The laser itself has more than surpassed my expectations for the cost and would give it a 5 star rating. Monport just get your shipping and delivery sorted out.

Where to start, awful experience. Ordered on the 25th of march, didn't arrive until the 24th of April, even though they're own website states "We ship from the UK, and the delivery time is 3-7 business days."
Anyway, was finally glad to get my laser, spent a week clearing space for it only to set it up and one of the motors is faulty.
Given support were taking close to a week to reply to my emails previously, I'm not convinced the laser will be working any time soon.
Save your time and go somewhere else, I wish I had.

The touchscreen on the Mega isn't quite what I expected - it says "press to unlock" but doesn't do much beyond basic stuff. It feels a bit gimmicky, okay for checking info but not great for actually using it.

False Claim! My 70W will not cut anywhere close to 25mm or 1" material -soft or hard wood or even acrylic. I couldn't get more than 3/8" cut for soft woods but not acrylic.

I have a Monport 60 Watt laser. First I want to say I love the machine. It works very well until it doesn't. Support has been very unhelpful. I think it must be AI or a very poor translator.
I received it in OCT of 2024.
1. The screw that secures the auto focus was missing and the hole was stripped.
I asked what size screw it was and after several emails they finally told me. They kept asking questions that I had already answered in my first request.
I finally tapped it and put in a larger screw.
2. In Dec the laser head became jammed on the gantry. After several emails back and forth that were useless. I discovered that a screw or bolt had backed out of the roller assembly on the inside of the gantry.
I removed the laser head and drilled out the offending screw. All was well until April.
3. This time the Y axis is jammed. I have asked for an exploded parts drawing of the roller assembly so I can figure out what to remove and how to free it up. After explaining it in detail on three different emails I have decided to tear into it and figure it out. They keep asking questions that do not apply.
Bottom line is it is a great machine. Just be ready to be your own mechanic. As far as I know there is no support network of individuals to work on these machines.

Finally got machine unpacked after delayed delivery and no communication on what was taking so long. The image engraved looked like a double image, so I followed the instructions on checking the mirror alignment the mirrors were good the issue seems to be in the lenes instead of a dot it is burning in a halfmoon pattern. I tried every phone number on their website and none of them get a person and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. So I have a machine that I cannot use with not support.

We ordered a lasermachine in January 2025. We received the Software for it an the Axis, but no machine. We were writing a lot of mails and I got always told, just a few more days and so on...
And now, 2 Months later no corresponding from the company, no laser and no money back!
that is not professional!!

40 watt laser recieved in Oct. of 2023. Did not work out of the box--laser head did not move with Lightburn commands. Monport notified but could not identify the problem. After over 100 emails, videos sent to them, and giving them access to my PC for diagnostic tests, it is still nonfuctional. They truely do not have a costomer server base in the US>
