Frankly

Frankly, my 4 star rating is all about their customer service, which is excellent. As is the case with most fast fashion, the quality can be hit or miss, but my experience with their customer service department made it completely worthwhile.

I just Placed my first Order and it May be the Last

I just Placed my first Order and part of it was sent and the other Item was noticeable absent in the email confirmation. I sent a Message and all my messages were answered very Fast and everyone I spoke with was Extremly nice. Fir the mishap I recieved a GC in the amount of the item and the Item was reshipped. That was Very Nice, but I have not recieved my shirt that had shipped on time. It would have been nice to know that these Items ship from China. , I would not have purchased anything if I had known it would have to be shipped from China. I only want to purchase from companies in the u.s. I couldn't tell you about your product because I've yet to Recieve anything and I purchased these for Thanksgiving. The Items is what will determine if I continue to buy from you or not, and I really like the fact that your Tops are made Oversized and can fit Plus Sizes. That is a definate Plus for me.

The customer care is unparalleled! I was made aware of possible shipping delays before I ever checked on my order. All three pieces I ordered were very cute. The quality better than I was anticipating for such affordable tops
Definitely a place to shop for Holiday gifts!!!

Tip...pay close attention to size charts and order appropriately.

Staff great. Jumpers bad.

The staff are amazing and so helpful! But I ordered a medium in a jumper and it was enormous! So long, so big- like a giant dress. And the neck hole was so tiny I could barely put my head through it!

All of the products look amazing …

All of the products look amazing online. However, when my products came i was hugely disappointed.

I ordered two items. One top was a large and when it came it was clearly xs, even though the label said otherwise.

The other top was a chiffon material, when that came it was a cheap synthetic material that looked no more of the value of £5.

i was horrified at both and non even had the brand labels on them. Just some cheap label from china.

I gave the tops away to charity as they weren't even worth a expense to send back.

They have lost my trust and i feel so much anger when i see them market their cheap products!!!

We see that you ordered two tops. The Paris blouse that you ordered has been a popular item and we are aware that a small number of customers misunderstood the material. Chiffon can be both silk or nylon and for the price point this is sold at, this is nylon, but we understand your concerns.

We are sorry to hear that the other top was not a perfect fit. We do provide detailed measurements on our site under each product so that customers can select the right sizing and our team are available on live chat to provide assistance.

Monroe & Kent provides all customers with a 30 day Love it or Return it guarantee within which time you can return any merchandise for a full refund. Had we heard from you, we would have happily arranged for a return and even covered the return shipping charges :)
