The boots that are being returned after …
The boots that are being returned after waitung a month to receive them look nothing like the picture. The poorest quality ever. They should out up an actual picture of the product because the one this company show is completely different from what arrives. Would never refer this company to anyone. The only thing i can say good about them is the customer service reps work diligently to resolve my issues.

Not as advertised
The shirt was not the color it looked in the advertisement nor did it come close to fitting. My arms are way too long for the length of the sleeves. I won’t be ordering again. That being said it fit my sister so she took it and liked it.

Cheaply made products but Great customer service
I was not happy with the quality of the product but the customer service level was exemplary. I felt the bag I ordered was very thin and cheaply made but Beth answered all of my questions and helped me with the return process in a very professional manner.

NEVER order from this site
I will NEVER order from this site again. I ordered 3 items. The first item arrived 2 weeks later and was of very poor quality. The second item (a hat - cloche) arrived almost 4 weeks after the order was placed. The hat was folded in half and crumpled out of shape. More than a month later, I still haven't received the last item in my order.

We see that you have been provided with a pre-paid returns label to return your products for a full refund and we look forward to reviewing the merchandise when it is received back to follow up with the factory.
Thank you for sharing images of the hat that you ordered. As it is a felt hat, it is typical for this to ship flat and the light creases will fall out. We understand that you do not wish to keep this item and a returns authorization has been issued for this. Please send this back with the pencil skirt at your earliest opportunity.
The final item in your order is showing as delivered and our colleague Beth is currently in contact with USPS to understand what has happened to it. Naturally we will replace or refund if they are unable to tell us where the item is.
We make no secret about shipping times for orders. On our website we explain that orders take 1-3 business days to process and then typically will deliver within 7-14 business days, however on occasion, if a package is shipping directly from the factory, it may be delayed for a few days in customs.
Please let us know if we can be of further help. We will be in touch with you in the next couple of days concerning the missing item and to confirm receipt of your returns and issue your refund.

Fast Shipping & Great Service
I recently ordered jewelery for my wife. It arrived within five days and was exactly as described.
I contacted Monroe & Kent as I saw that there was a delay with customs and the followed up and gave me an update within a few hours.
My wife loved the jewelery and the customer service was better than that I recently experienced at Links of London.

The blouse that you purchased has been a popular product, therefore we always take any concerns about quality very seriously. Oftentimes colors that are viewed on a screen can be affected by a number of factors including the device you are using, screen resolution etc. This is one of the reasons we provide a 30-day Love It or Return It guarantee, so that in the event a customer does not like their purchase, they can reach out to us to arrange a return.
With regard to the material, this particular product is chiffon. Chiffon can be made out of either silk or nylon and for the price point that this item is offered at, it is nylon.

We have researched your order and we see that you placed your order on September 23rd which was a weekend. We process orders Monday through Friday and orders can take 1-3 business days to process.
To ensure that we can offer competitive prices, we ship orders both from within the U.S. and from overseas, therefore we quote on our website that orders can take 7-14 business days to deliver. On checking your order it delivered in 12 days.
We are working hard to improve delivery time frames and we offer a wide range of products that typically deliver within 2-3 days.
We are disappointed to learn that the product color is different to what was expected. Unfortunately we are unable to control how a product photo displays on devices as a lot of variables such as screen resolution can affect how a photo renders.

I ordered several items and they shipped in a few different packages. Some came fast but a couple took a little while, ultimately they all came within the delivery time quoted. Loved everything I purchased, one of the items was a little bit shorter then I expected but that was because I didn't pay attention to the measurements (but still love it). The response from customer service was very prompt and kind. Overall a great shopping experience.
