Not a legit NZ enterprise, all Chinese!
I feel the are cheap knock offs bow riding off NZ quality products and Marino wool. Icebreaker are legit. Are these guys legit? I believe products come straight from China..

Unacceptable Customer Service and Failure to Process Return – Legal Action Required
I am extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled by this company. I returned a portion of my order, which was confirmed by DPD as delivered on January 16, 2025. I forwarded all the necessary documentation to customer service.
Despite the clear delivery confirmation and my repeated inquiries, I have not received a refund to this day. Instead of providing a solution, I have been repeatedly given standard responses, with no serious effort to resolve my issue.
It is simply unacceptable that a company operates with so little professionalism and transparency.
I will initiate legal action to finally receive the refund, as the company has failed to fulfill its legal obligations and address customer concerns appropriately.
Conclusion: Completely unreliable and disappointing. I strongly advise against shopping here!

Clothing is ok but they don't publish any reviews that are less than four stars. Very misleading/ dishonest. How can you make an informed choice about a product if only the 100% positive reviews are published.
