Very poor service
Downloaded the app on 29 March and added money to my account. The charger light was green so assumed everything was ok. It turns out the charger was not working. I requested a refund of my funds on 31 March (as you couldn't request refund until 24 hours after registration!) and on 15 April I am still waiting for my refund. I've had numerous conversations with Monta but still no money back

Slow but very reasonable cost
Monta is good, not good if you need to charge quickly, charging at a little over 4 kW, it's slower than my home charger. But if time isn't a problem it's good value.

I have used the air port charger two…
I have used the air port charger two months ago
Now it does not allow me to charge
Every time i try , it gives error on the payment where I try to use my card
Card works on all other vendors chargers
Only monta airport station has pain in the ass

Easy to use once we found the charger…
Easy to use once we found the charger at the campsite, The charger wasn’t listed on the Monta app.
Scan qr code on the app, add payment and charged easily with choice of charging options. The charger was 22kw, but our car is 11kw max on AC. Ideally the price should have been more competitive, but was acceptable.
