Not reliable
At the 3 locations I used the Monta chargers, over 2 weeks I had problems at each location.
Some were not working ( 2 locations)
The chargers would stop charging after about 20 minutes and had to be reset ( 3 locations).
I could not find a help line number

50% of my connecting to chargers have resulted in the charge stopping within 5 mins, my being charged .5p and it stopping.without any charge. This is more than frustrating and the system is totally unreliable!
