The product is really excellent-got some great nail files for myself and as gifts and they are good quality and look lovely.

The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is the wait for delivery-I’d not received them and I contacted the company and they didn’t have one of the items in stock, but they hadn’t contacted me about it. When I did contact them their response was very fast and I received the products quickly.

Nothing to do with the company or packaging but when I received the order the box was crushed in transit and one of the items was broken-I was offered a refund or replacement and I took a refund which came very quickly.

I had within 3 days of ordering and the genuine product. I cannot ask for more. Great customer

The new files were just what I wanted-and I will not use any other. I thought I would have a hard time replacing my previous one with the crystals but then I found these!!

Took a while for the product to be delivered but it was coming from out of the UK so that was to be expected. The foot file is brilliant, so easy to use and leaves my feet beautifully soft. It smoothes away hard skin without any effort or discomfort and I love that it has a finer grit side to really smooth the surface of the skin. I love the design also, looks really pretty and takes up no space when storing unlike the bulkier glass foot files.

This experience was excellent. The glass nailfiles I ordered came quickly, were beautifully packaged, and were exactly what I wanted.

Quality products at great prices. Glass nail files difficult to source in Aust, sent direct from manufacturer in Czech… postage took a few weeks but worth the wait.

It was so easy to order the cases for the crystal nail files. It was especially nice to be able to get them in a quantity of 2. I purchased one for me and the other as a gift for a nail file previously given to a relative.
