In the end, I got what I ordered. The problem was that it took 30 days to be able to report it and once I did, I got a strange 'reason' for why I had not received them (saying it was out of stock.. it was nail files, from a nail file place...). I believe there was an error and my order was never fulfilled the first time but I did finally receive everything about 45 days after I ordered. The files are ok. I still prefer my OPI nail file. They feel directional and the opi is easier to use because it doesn't have a resistance one direction.

Easy to deal with and quality product. I ordered the “it’s a boy”glass nail file. It is so cute for a baby shower favor.

I was in the middle of a move to another state and reached out to Mont Bleu about shipping my package to a new address. They were very helpful and my products arrived perfect!

It's not the first time I buy stuff from this shop & I'm really satisfied. I love the glass nail files they sell! I had my previous one for 4 years until I broke the tip (my fault), so I bought myself a new one. I also bought a glass nail file for my newborn but haven't tried it yet, though I'm sure it's the same nice quality as my own but more gentle for his little fingernails.

Shopping in specialty stores I found beautiful glass nail files and love them. I wanted to give some as gifts but couldn’t find the really pretty ones online until I found Mont Bleu. A little hesitant to order at first but now this is my second order. They arrived quickly in a couple of weeks, are packaged so well, in perfect condition and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended.

I ordered a few glass nail files from the store, and the quality is really amazing, and totally worth the price. They sent out my package really quickly, everything was beautifully, tightly, and securely packed. The only issue is that the customs in our country usually held back the packages for a few weeks, so I needed to wait a bit longer for my package - two months to be exact :/ but this is on us.

Fabulous! I love that I am buying direct from manufacturer. Nail files arrived well packed, with tracking of package. These crystal nail files are amazing; I have had one since I visited Prague almost 15 years ago, and still using one I bought at that time! I keep it in my hard spectacle case and take it everywhere with me. Highly recommend!
