Montoir Watches Reviews 6

As the majority of complaints lodged against Montoir are related to misleading communications, no responses and product not being shipped.
To summarize my experience
- 11-28-25 ordered Beta SS band
- 12-17-25 advised of a 45 to 60 day lead time
- 01-22-26 No response
- 02-05-26 No response
- 02-10-26 Band is in QC
- 02-26-26 Band advised shipping 03-04-26
- 03-11-26 Montoir is checking
-03-12-26 No response

Really nice dive watch. Received it fast, well packaged and great communication answering my questions prior to purchase.

I've ordered watches from the Montoir team for the past couple of years. Always great comms and the order process is really easy. Any questions or requests they're quick to respond, and very accommodating. I have three more watches on order and no doubt there will be more added to the collection as the company and range grows.

Great watches! Will buy again. Love mine!!!

This company is scamming people. I ordered a watch from them in August 2025 and to this day I didn't receive it.

I did contact their customer support few times and each time they apologize and say that the watch will be shipped by the end of the week, which of course doesn't happen.

Other customers on Reddit had same experience as I did.

I'm cutting my loses here and moving on, but just want to avoid other people getting scammed out of their money as well.
