I’ve been writing two mails already, stating my wish to return the lamp, but I do get no answer.
Ok, thank you for your answer. Yes, it seems indeed my mails did not reach you. I'll try again. No, I don't want a new lamp, I was asking for a return label for this one.

I highly recommend.
My order was handled immediately and I received the purchased item in good conditions and very quickly In France. It was very well packed as well. I had the lamp at good price and it is really nice as shown in the pictures.
Update: Today 2 years later in 2023 i can see many bad feedbacks because the shop is closed.

We ordered 2 Hay Hee Lounge Chairs. The website is attractive and the price was reasonable. Quick delivery. Due to rough handling during transport one chair was a bit damaged. Moodings came with a very accomodating arrangement for compensating the damage.

Bought an HAY ceiling lamp
Bought an HAY ceiling lamp. Good price and 4-week delivery. Since Moodings aims to an international reputation I suggest a complete English version of the website (ie Conditions and Terms are just in Danish) as well as an English version of the newsletter. Also, a more quick and efficent customer service would help.
