Nobody answers on the phone, email, contact form. I've been waiting for my order since December 2020.
I have no idea what the status is. I want to cancel my order.

I waited for my order for 7 months without updates. I had to ask every time, and they kept saying it was on it’s way and would be there in a few weeks. I wouldn’t had bought it if I knew I had to wait 7 months.

Got a small discount though.

I placed my order 7.dec 2020 for a Christmas present. During the process the web informed that I will received my order 14 days after my order was processed. I thought that the timeline was reasonable due to covid-19. Nevertheless, after placing my order I received an automatic email that Mooding's will try to get my order to me in 14 days, try... Not good. On 20.dec I received a message that my order was not received from Moodings provider, nothing else. 11.jan 2021 I received a new message that Moodings will received my order by mid February. I finally received my order today 01.March.
So the web was not clear/misinformation because it stated I would received my order in 14 days. The follow up communication from Mooding's was just OK, could have been more informative, but at then I received my order without me having to contact them, I could have cancelled it and I only paid when it was sent to me. Therefore 3 stars, but I doubt I will use Moodings again.

It was a very long delivery (as promised and agreed), but it was totally worth it. The cheapest price in the market!

Min vare var en del forsinket men god kommunikation i “ventetiden” så hele tiden klar over status. God service.

I am happy with the carpet I bought, it is good quality as I expected and its exactly whats in the photo. And I am giving 4 stars because it took forever to send the item. I ordered December 17,2020 and arrived February 11,2021.

I simply do not understand where the negative reviews are coming from - people need to turn it down a notch. I ordered Pedrera Coffee Table. I oversaw the fact that it had prolonged delivery time and angrily called customer service. Even though I was in the wrong, the nice lady still offered me that I could cancel my order. They were nothing but helpful and forthcoming about the incident, so I kept my order and waited patiently. I have now received my coffee table and it fully lives up to my expectations. I would recommend Moodings to friends and family due to their broad selection, competitive prices and nice customer service.

I waited almost 2 months for my delivery. I was told when i made my order that the delivery would approximately take up to 14 days. Which was okay, since I ordered it in the end of November. I have just received information that the order has been send... It was supposed to be a christmas present.
