Still no delivery. Customer service ignoring…
I ordered a dining table end November and still waiting for delivery.
It was advertised to be delivered in under 4 weeks. I received info after ordering that it would arrive in under 14 days or I would be notified of any delays. As it didn’t arrive I contacted customer service and received vague and incorrect information.
Week 6 now. I have asked for an updated ETA 8 days back with no reply.
Completely unprofessional.

We have offered you to split your order as desired, so you did not have to wait for the last item that has ended up in backorder with the supplier and was therefore not in stock when you ordered it.

Your order has been picked up from our warehouse and we has just contacted the shipping company regarding the delivery, they inform us that you have not wanted to receive the order the first two times they have suggested.
However, they confirmed that you have approved delivery on Friday.

I was super sceptical before making my order after I read all the bad reviews and I have got scammed before... but decided to take the risk and I am super happy!
I ordered myself Helmut Newton book yesterday afternoon and I just picked it up from my chosen GLS pakkeshop.

Horrible service. HORRIBLE!
A joke company. Don't ever use them. Have been waiting for months now to receive my ordered products. Things keep getting postponed but they never explains why or when I can expect them delivered. Also, customer service is not working due to technical issues. Come on. It's by far the worst service you can imagine.

Incredible delays and bad service this time
I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for my order (which is in stock) to ship now. I’ve been in touch many times and received repeated promises that items would be shipped shortly. Apparently they are having trouble with their internal systems and warehouse relocation, but I am so disappointed. The worst part is that they aren’t even apologetic, and don’t seem concerned. I’ve ordered from Moodings before without issue, but this has been a terrible experience.
