The team is incredibly understanding and communication is stellar. my product went out of stock and they patiently assisted me until i was able to be satisfied with my purchase.

After trying the monthly and 6month lenses my eyes felt so uncomfortable and dry and burns a bit after 30minutes and for the monthly lenses once I put them in they were so uncomfortable and drying. I have tried so many other brands cheap to expensive and none of them have been an issue to my eyes cause my eyes are not naturally sensitive or dry but this brand dries my eyes dry please don’t buy from here especially the monthlies cause it will dry your eyes and it’s super uncomfortable. Even though I practiced hygiene and take care of my lenses very well and soaked them for 8 hours it’s still burns a bit and it’s very very drying and very uncomfortable. I hope this message gets to people who haven’t bought from this specific brand. Don’t waste your money pls if not you’ll regret it like me. Opt for other brands 🙏😭

I have been using Moody lenses either no problems.
Recently I have purchased wrong size. They happily exchanged the order for didfeeent size for me.

I wrote to them in instagram about a question and replied within HOURS! Fast customer service! Although i didn’t apply for their gift promotion due to my mistake of not reading the fine print, they still went their way to send me a random gift and a discount code as well!!

10/10!!! Will be coming back! 💖

Saw Moody Lenses advertised on Instagram, and I feel like buying from IG and TikTok is always a risk; however, I have ordered from Moody Lenses twice and both packages were delivered on time and packaged professionally.

Yes, this product is at a good price and of good quality.

Good quality packaging and lenses. Super comfortable and affordable. Once I put them in I couldn’t feel them at all, and I still haven’t gone blind yet so I think that’s a win.

The advertisement have been appearing on my social media. Have been procrastinating to purchase it and finally caved in to purchase it. Delivery time might take a while, but worth the wait.
The lenses are those with a better quality and wore it for the first time today. Comfortable, not drying and yes worth the wait, worth every penny.

I ordered contact lenses almost 2 weeks ago and the order has still not been shipped. I have emailed support twice to get an update on my order and I still have not received a response.

I think I first learned of Moodylens via scrolling through Instagram. While a little hesitant at first since we are apart-
Moody actually respond to emails- send products its like virtually walking right in to a store!! Great to shop with them!!

I had placed an order on November 28th and its coming in to two weeks and I have not received any email regarding any update about shipping informations. I also emailed the support team if they are able to give me any update. However, it has already been 4 days and I had not heard anything from them.

I do enjoy the colors and styles. The lenses I choose look so real.
My only concern for your company is the misspelling in your communication which gives off "spam" vibes. I suggest you use an app to proof read material.

Easy to buy, simple delivery and product is the same as described! And have a good photos on site comfortable to wear.

I made an order on Black Friday 29 Nov 2025 at 2.01am. I realised that the shipping address was wrong only after carting out as it was linked to my ApplePay wallet, which was another address. I then wrote in 2 minutes after carting out at 2.03am to support@moodylens to ask for change in address which is the process to follow on the website. I followed up with another email on 2 December but received no response either. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I click into the order details it just says submitted and then details have been sent to my registered handphone number (which btw, nothing was received). There is no status on shipping and any logistical detail at all. It has also been 10 days since the order which is the max delivery time to Singapore. I will not be a returning customer.

I thought I would get these contacts sooner as I have ordered from Moody previously but I didn’t know it would take one month for them to arrive. Now I’m going to have to my trip without my prescription contacts and I was really excited for them.

I love the variety of color contacts. They’re so cute and comfortable. I love that Moody has a beautiful variety of single day lenses. I’ve already ordered 3 times because I fell in love with my first order. The customer service is so fast and courteous.
