Honest refund, but poor stock management

"Honest but needs improvement. I ordered a card and waited 2 days, only to find out it was out of stock after I contacted support. They should display the stock status clearly on the website before ordering. However, to be fair, they were professional about the refund and I received my money back 7 days after filing the complaint. Trustworthy for refunds, but check with support first."

Looks Professional, But Extremely Unreliable

This platform looks professional on the surface, but the actual service is highly unreliable.

Many reviews praise their customer service, but after multiple experiences, it’s obvious that most replies are scripted copy-paste messages. They use polite and friendly language, but that doesn’t solve the real issue — delayed orders and lack of accountability.

Orders advertised as “instant” can take 2+ days unless you repeatedly chase their support team. If there’s an issue, investigations can drag on for 5+ days. They cannot provide a proper estimated delivery time, and there is no real transparency about what’s happening behind the scenes.

What’s worse is that delivery is not 100% guaranteed. When delays happen (which is often, especially during event periods), they don’t take responsibility for the impact. Instead, you receive more sweet, pre-written responses that sound reassuring but don’t actually fix anything.

If you buy occasionally for personal use, you might not notice the pattern. But if you depend on this platform for reselling or business, it’s extremely risky. Some orders can be stuck for days, and you’re left dealing with angry customers while they send scripted replies.

Reading their responses alone can make you think they provide good service. In reality, consistent delays and lack of real accountability make this platform unreliable.

Digital credits should not take days to deliver.

Feels like a scam
Ordered a $400 Binance gift card on the 1st and I’m still waiting. It’s a digital item, there’s no excuse for this delay. Customer support hasn’t resolved anything. Very disappointing experience.
