This page is a scam. Don't trust the positive comments because they are all bots. I wasn't given the gift card and I didn't get my money back either. I lost my money here it's all a scam. Positive comments are not natural, it is clear that they are bot.

No, it's bad because even if you uploaded everything right they will still end up telling you awooo this thing is missing re upload again with this and that each time 24+ hours for respond

Customer service is incredibly useless at this case they won't do shyt for you and only texting you robotic scripted chat ,if you talk to them further they will close chat at your face and even not allowed to open another support chat untill next person support came that's also 4..5 hours but still they won't do shyt to your case

I have been using MooGold for many years. they were good earlier on then they sort of dropped the ball, It was frustrating they ran out of cards all the time and took days to fill the order..I left for a few months.... But now something has changed....they have a new direction or new management but it is so much better. I had the worst experience with MooGold's verification team. I made a legitimate payment using an official Virtual Card issued directly by my bank (Banco de Venezuela). The payment went through, but my funds got trapped in their endless "Verifying" loop.

I provided everything they asked for: official bank statements and internal bank receipts translated into English showing the exact source of funds. Despite proving ownership, their support agents are completely untrained to handle international banking. The final straw was an agent demanding a "front and back picture of the physical card"... for a 100% VIRTUAL bank card! It is physically impossible.

Except for one agent (wsy) who actually tried to help, the rest of the team was rude and unhelpful (just pasting bot scripts). Because of these absurd and impossible demands, I had to officially request the cancellation of my order.

I am leaving this review to warn others: if you use a virtual card, avoid MooGold. Their system will trap your money. I am currently waiting for management to process my FULL REFUND immediately
