Valuable asset to the company

I received a defective Mooka humidifier. purchased on Amazon. I had spent the past five days trying to get a replacement. I had watched product videos (numerous from the company), I had sent videos showing the humidifier not working as requested by the company and I had been made promises by Mooka representative (Risha) that the company didn’t seem to want to honor. This morning I online chatted with Anne and she was able to resolve the problem, by processing a replacement (I took screenshots of our conversation). Because of her I won’t have to file a complaint against the company with Amazon, the Better Business Bureau or take legal action. She did an outstanding job of correcting the issue and saving the company (Mooka) from bad reviews and a tarnished reputation.

Risha was excellent

Risha was excellent. She was able to quickly help me and provided fast and efficient service. Took care of my problem right away. I hope to deal with her again if I ever have any issue with my product.

Jeush provided excellent customer service!!

Jeush was fantastic in service to me by responding very quickly to my emails and his response emails were apologetic and caring!! I was provided very detailed instructions on what to do to receive a replacement! I was very impressed and grateful!!

Rey was very helpful and very willing…

Rey was very helpful and very willing to take care of my issue. I appreciate his willingness to help. Although my issue is not completely resolved just yet, it will be in a very short period of time. Thanks to Rey, I was able to resolve one of my issues immediately and find out what my options were for my remaining issue! Thanks Rey!
