Alex was able to resolve the issue with my air filter and worked with me to try different things to correct.

The intern Risha was very nice in assisting me. I would like a refund on the humidifier I bought as it leaked all day and was full. My desk is now stained by the water and carpet was soaked. I submitted a video as requested and will wait. 4 stars are just for Risha it would be 5 if she was able to refund me right away. I trust that will happen.
