The intern Risha was very nice in…

The intern Risha was very nice in assisting me. I would like a refund on the humidifier I bought as it leaked all day and was full. My desk is now stained by the water and carpet was soaked. I submitted a video as requested and will wait. 4 stars are just for Risha it would be 5 if she was able to refund me right away. I trust that will happen.

Support staff assistance was spectacular

I finally went online to claim my free gift that came with my order of a Mooka Air Purifier last year. I wanted to pick a filter. I went through the whole process, wrote a testimonial , clear to the finish, and it didn't let me choose the gift . I used the chat on Mooka's website and Kim was kind, efficient and helpful and answered all my questions and processed my gift order in a manner of moments. My experience with Mooka has been stellar.

Awesome company

Excellent Service

I contacted the help center regarding a missing item from my order. I received a quick response and the representative was eager to get the issue resolved. Overall I would say my communication with them was easy and efficient, I give them 5 stars for excellent service!

I had a question and used online chat

I had a question and used online chat. Risha answered very quickly. Normally if i have any issues with a product and ask for assistance, it takes forever to get a response. This took all of 5-10 minutes without a million questions. She was very nice and helpful
