I always believe I'm careful when downloading a game. I would never pay for any game I play. I only play a game for entertainment never for serious. I was charged for downloading for what I believed to be a free game, but had options if I wanted to purchase as I play. I never gave permission to pay for downloading. I doubled check no payment required to play, yet here I am, just found out I was charge in Dec when I first downloaded game. Be careful with these apps, so sneaky

I played without paying a thing up to level 117. Then decided to break piggy bank. Since I've started paying for spins my wins are becoming less and less frequent. The more I spend the less I win! This is f'd up! Coin master? Play DON'T pay!!!! Be warned.

Hubby Tony Brucks are not getting the spins that we should be getting. Today I landed on 3 turkeys and was supposed to get 1.k and a box I got nothing at all also the quest area is not giving the coins part of the time. We

Have had many many issues but continue to play.
Have spent at least 2K real money due to addiction ! Very STUPID on my part.
At least I’ve gotten hold of the issue and can count the $$$$ spent as a lesson.
So this will be the last time I get cheated! The exchanged emails stated that it was a visual problem?!?!

Get greedy and your games are no longer fun. For anyone who intends to download the game from Moon Active better cancel it, now Coin Master is a very bad game for us with decrease tiger on high level mine 323. And this change is very felt for us very bad .👎👎👎👎👎

You have ruined the game the 5 card limit is a joke you need to sort it out or it will be bye cm I advise everyone to stay away from this game all there care about is taking your money!

Coin master is not allowing me to send cards to my members. I'm a moderator and this restriction is ruining the game. Think about the last changes if not the game is done. People were using this as a distraction and not everything is money. Sorry coin master you are going down

I'm not sure why others are having a bad experience with CoinMasterGame because I haven't had any trouble with buying items and not getting them. I've purchased a couple of packages and even a single purchase and my items come to me immediately after I hit send and they get their money. It's almost instant when they get their money and I get my items. I'm not sure why others are saying they don't receive their items because it just doesn't seem to be true but that's me and my opinion. I just don't see CoinMasterGame not giving the items in an instant. But I guess some banks might take their time sending money or something like that. If they don't get the money then their not going to send any items and that's how it supposed to be. But I just don't see them taking your money and not giving the items. I haven't had any bad experience with them. I know they are responsive to reviews and they always answer or comment on people's reviews on Google Play Store.

I have a problem with the length of time the pets stay awake. I wake my pets and they stay awake for 20 minutes and I've times it. They should be awake longer. I even get them leveled up and my tiger will still go to sleep in 20 minutes. My second issue is the machine landing on items we need more than it does. It seems like it will land on Shields, coins, the pigs and even the hammer but it never lands on spins or the item you need for the tournament. The slot machine needs to land on items we need more often than it does.

I also want to know why/how I can have money stolen from me when I'm playing the game and my shields are full? I don't understand how money can be taken when I'm playing the game and I have 5 shields. How can I stop it? My money seems to always get taken when I'm playing it and I have all my shields. No one seems to take anything when I don't have shields. I hope you can explain how they can do that.

I spent 9000 spins in three days, very few attacks, nothing but frozen screens, unawarded points, major frustration and no support whatsoever from the support team. After weeks of “we’re experiencing high volume of traffic here” and other similar delays you receive a cut and paste response how the system is tallying everything correctly and they “can’t verify your claims.” The bottom line is they don’t care. The game glitches out 22 hours a day with lost connections on their end but they won’t fix the issue, instead they respond to a message two weeks later and you feel disrespected by their flippant answer. I quit spending money on this game and so should you.

This game is worst bad mind block depression game

The games no fun anymore. They are making the game to hard to play. With all their updates and mistakes they are making. I complained lots of times about my leader board. I have ppl on there I don't know.. Can't get rid of them.

3 days ago I bought 2100 spins with a coupon of 300%, what I got was 525 spins. I contacted support and until now no answer was given.
Today to finish 3 goals I needed to buy at least 5000 spins the only cheapest way was a coupon of 300% again. I took pictures of all the operation I bought 6500 spins and again what I got was 1600 spins. I lost in this 2 buys 6475 spins but the worst was that I lost the chance of winning 19000 spins. I complain again to the support and to the email info of moonactive and nothing. No answer. Every other buys were ok only this 300% coupons have some problem and no one cares about.

This is my first game that i played and enjoyed it.I started playing last March cos of lockdown. But recently it seems stressed me out and not enjoying it anymore. Me and my husband bought spins, maybe 100 euro. The thing is, if we have billions of coins, buying their chests, hoping that we can have golden cards to commplete sets, it seems its impossible cos they just give you duplicate cards most of the time. This morning, i have 400 spins, there's NO RAID AT ALL and they Raid me 8x,? within seconds succession. I am thinking to uninstall this game cos it give me more stress than enjoying it.

Good evening, before I start I love playing game. I’m new about a month or 2. Today 06/24/2020 I got up early and having bad knees I decided to chill and play the day away. I don’t have luck with gold cards so I decided to play the knight part of game to get the gold card. I started like I said 7 am or before. And slowly getting thru levels. I started last level around 450 pm eastern standard time . I’m like I’m definitely getting it well I noticed it was slower. I get that, and I forgot to mention I spent around 100 - 150. Oh and when not physically playing I let it spin away while I cooked and went shopping. But when I watched i got good scores it barely moved.
So I sent a message to technical with no help. From 450 pm to I think around 1050 constant spinning and playing I got to 33.90% which is ridiculous. I get you need to make money but 6 hours of nonstop play and nothing just doesn’t seem fair. I was afraid to put more money cause on that last section I bought 2 1.8 b with barely any progress. I certainly disappointed, but there had to be something wrong 6 hours play, 2 1.8 b should have got me there. So my day was a waste. Very frustrating when I love the game. If you please tell me who to contact, I gonna keep trying to be heard cause customer service could care less replied back to them and never responded. My user name is Frannie26. Besides being ripped off for thousands of spins , purchases , winnings and even given 4 points for raids instead of five. Having the attack hammers line up but won't take you to the attack screen so you lose your attack and a you. This company is a rip off. Then as you reach the higher levels say above a hundred they decrease your attacks and raids and the more you bet the less you get.There support team is a joke . I don't really think they have one. They never respond after you've lost spins or purchases. In the beginning you get cards and fill many card sets. Then the new cards disappear and if you buy chests they contain nothing but duplicate cards of every set you've completed but none that you need. I invested easily 15,000,000,000 coins over four levels 119-123 and received only four new cards and now that's not even happening. The game is you can't get the cards on this level so you build your village which you have to buy spins to do in hopes the next level will give you the cards you need. Boom levels are a joke. I currently have about 2500 spins and 500 coming from placing second in their tournament. Tonight I play them out and this p.o.s.game is getting uninstalled. A horrible company and a fun game the become a stressful nightmare as they start stealing things from you. If you ever try to get that gold card in viking quest to complete a set expect to spend a hundred dollars on spins. When you get to the final hurdle you have to make 7 billion coins on the bonus wheel which lines up about 4 times after investing 10,000,000,000 coins. And then it only gives you 2,3 and 5 times your bet if your lucky

I feel that we stuck home an to enjoy playing coin master .should give us a break on buying spins

Well.... If you wanne spend a lot if real money this game is perfect.... Con master I call it..when you start it is nice... Some progress.. Allowed..but later on.... The **** starts... Creating fake events...creating so called #vip# players... Cause they spended a lot of €€€... Then they create extra events... Like setblast... So you try... And guess what on 5 or 6 k spins... You get not a single #win#... It is all staged...there is no way in hell you can progress without spending hard cash...it is very close to being fraude in my opinion...someone should take a look on this Damm thing...i played it for long... But... It is time to get rid of it..my advice... Don, t start it... It starts good lots of cards... And then boom... You end up In frustration... Not getting cards... Not getting to win a thing...
