I should have read the reviews first. In October I ordered sheets based on their Facebook ads. They claimed their linen stock wasn't up to their standards and they were getting it "rewoven". In November they claimed my package must have been lost or stolen and they would start another order. In December I officially cancelled the order citing California and Fed consumer laws. They stated they were working with suppliers but couldn't quote a shipment date; also that cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. I guess the next steps will be my state attorney general and BBB.

Still waiting. Ordered in October. I've emailed them and they said my package was stolen and they would be sending me a new order. At this point I just want my money back.

I ordered four sets of sheets for Christmas presents in October, and spent over $500. They keep telling me the order was stolen and reshipped, several times, the only thing that was stolen is my money, I obviously had to purchase other presents for my grown children, but I thought the sheets would be great, I’m so disappointed, I’m going to do reviews and contact consumer reports, Facebook and the attorney generals office

It has been 3 months! I never received sheets and despite requesting a refund several times, their response was always the same "thank you for your patience"! This company (if it even exists) is a joke and a scam.

So much to say. But first, linen sheets are the way to go, I will never go with anything else. Moon and Linen (now Rest and Linen) however is hands down the worst company ever. Their advertising is deceptive, clearly shows sets with two pillows yet you only get one pillow case. They say to read the fine print but what king size set ever comes with only one?! The sheet is too small for a king bed and constantly pops off, the 100% guarantee? This is their response. Please accept our offer of a 20% rebate on your next order. If you choose to pursue the refund, please know you will need to ship the product back to China before we will refund. Often due to shipping issues or problems with customs, it is likely we will not receive the shipment in which case you will not get a refund. And- says European. Nope, made in China.

I placed an order for sheets on October 25, 2025. I have contacted this company numerous times and they have a nonworking phone number. You can leave a message but no one ever calls back. I sent emails and have been given the same excuse over 19 times. Do not order from this company. I feel this is truly a scam as I have been taken for $180. I wish I would have read the reviews for this company as people are warning others everywhere. I have filed a claim with my bank and I am also filing with a Better Business Bureau.

total SCAM. Never received my order despite repeated emails. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY."

Ordered in October, nothing received to date. They are quick to respond to messages, no refunds! No merchandise.

Items were ordered two months ago and never received. I learned they have no actual physical location from the BBB.
They did however manage to thank me in an email however for "going on this journey with them".

60 Days and still no sheets. Didn't look a reviews before ordering..My Fault $160.00..scam. customer support says my order was stolen they would expedite a new shipment. 14 days ago. How do I protect people from experiencing what I am?

Sheets are not OEKOtex certified. (no eoko tag which is mandatory.) Thin linen...but it doesn't even feel or look like linen. They claim on website to have "easy returns". But their return policy is anything but easy. I got an email back from them telling me to obtain my own label from the carrier and send it back and that I pay for all fees since it would be going to China. They also said that they are not responsible if they don't get it back in shipping. They also said they would give me 10% back if i don't send it back for my disappointment. They are not reputable at all. You've been warned. I'm out $200 now...not cool.

First, its odd that their queen and king sets only include one pillowcase.
I have the queen set, I washed it then went to put it on the bed and it is so big, it doesn't fit at all.

This company is a total scam. I ordered 2 months ago and waited. Contacted them only to be told many lies such as, my sheet fabric was not up to their quality, the next excuse was that the fabric was stolen…. Why was my $ taken if there was no product? Do Not Order

the company has had my money for 50 days and nothing has shown up at my house. I disputed it with my card company after asking for a refund. they tried to claim refunds must be submitted within 24 hrs of order, as if they are making custom products, but size is size on a sheet.
then they said, "your replacement order is being processed" which means they are acting like they lost my order. But that was a week ago and I had not had any communication from them between the order and my request to cancel.
I am reporting them to the BBC and my state attorney general.
After emailing them that I am turning them into the AG in Texas, I got an email that my order was cancelled (but they said it could only be cancelled 24 hours from purchase). and that it would take 2 - 3 days to process the refund to my card. Not holding my breath. Turning into the AG.

What your company is doing is absolutely unacceptable. I  know you are trained to respond the way you do, but there are many customers who are unhappy with your product as well as your customer service. You were quick to welcome the order and take the money for it, but you are leaving your customers to deal with the returns and giving them no options, but a lot of headache to send the product back. And for you to recommend that you give me a 15% discount so I  can gift the low quality bedding set to someone else instead of returning it is very unprofessional to say the least.

Total scam. Never even received my order - they claimed my shipment was stolen and it was under review. Further communication resulted in non-action when I asked for a refund, and again, it was under review. What a joke!

It has been 6 weeks and still no sheets. They are refusing to refund my money. The sheets have yet to be shipped. Other reviews show the sheets are from China when advertised as product of Europe. This is a huge SCAM!

Initially I was hopeful that these European Linen sheets would be wonderful, UNTIL I was notified that my shipment was being sent - from China.
My email to the company was answered seemingly with reassurance that the quality was unchanged.
Then I received the product.
The sheets are poorly made - as I feared - the flat sheet is too short for adequate tuck in. It is not properly hemmed with the top of the sheet having a wider turn over hem. It is simply the same hem width all the way around. AND poorly done.
The fitted sheet only just goes over the standard mattress.
And what on earth am I supposed to do with ONE HUGE pillow case?
It wouldn't fit any pillow I've ever seen.
Sent an email again.
And within a few minutes the reply came back

I ordered 3 King size bed sheet, and I received a Queen size with only one pillow case. The quality of the fabric is terrible. When I bought it there weren't any color option like in the adivertisement and video, but I bought for a gift. I want to return it and get a refund.

Ordered King size set. Received twin size set. Quality is HORRIBLE!! Tried to return but website is not responding.
