I ordered king size oeko-Tex sheets. Received twin/full/queen with one pillowcase. They are not labeled orko-Tex, are very ROUGH fabric- maybe not even linen, shallow cut, and poorly constructed. They ship from CHINA, NOT EUROPE! That's probably why it took close to a month for my order to arrive.
It's a scam! Don't waste your money and time!

Totally agree with other comments as to how horrible this company is! Somehow they should be shutdown or burned to the ground! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE DORTBAGS!

Was expecting sheets made in Portugal & got made in China after a nearly 2 month wait (was supposed to be 1 week). Made 2 complaints & got exact same generic AI response. King size sheets are too shallow & too short - ONE PILLOWCASE?!!! Texture of fabric feels more rough than linen clothing I wear. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY RETURNS ARE NOT EASY.

Although they claim their sheets are made in Europe, while tracking my package it was in China! When it finally arrived my queen sheet set only had 1 pillowcase! Very disappointing!

I can’t recommend MOON & LINEN. If I could give zero stars I would. I never give bad reviews but I don’t want no one else to be misguided on this product. Just like others reported, I ordered king size sets only to receive sets that state they’re twin/full/queen size sets on the wash tag and they do in fact only have 1 pillowcase per set. I have never seen that in no country. The acceptable universal rule is 2 pillowcases for any sheets size set over twin. And why don’t the wash tag have the exact size on it? Companies like this should not be able to list products to sell without being clear on their products and having proper customer service help. I have only gotten one reply back to my messages from a person. The rest were auto generated messages saying someone would be responding soon and it’s been a week now. Customers are not protected and are being taken advantage of. The help support doesn’t seem to be helpful at all and sending someone a discount off will not help if the issue at hand has not been corrected. Why would I buy something else when I’ve had unresolved issues. They suggested I measure the sheets to determine if they will fit a king size, that’s crazy, the size should be on the tag itself. I have requested a return slip and a refund but I doubt I get either. I will not ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ever again. This experience has me wanting to stay away from any company who isn’t from a major known retailer. Had I searched on trust pilot for reviews before buying instead of looking at the reviews on moon & linen page then I would have never ordered to begin with. So that’s definitely a lesson learned. I hope they do better with the overall product they’re selling to folks and with their customer service help for the sake of those who still order in the future.

Total waste of money. I didn't even receive a king sized sheet set. They sent a twin???/Queen??? what does that even mean? No pillow case either. I'm afraid I am out the money spent. DO NOT ORDER THESE HORRIBLE SHEETS. ITS A SCAM.

Horrible experience with this scam company. Wish I would have checked the reviews. all my e-mail left unanswered and no sheet delivered. they stole $222,- from my account immediately and never followed up. what a SCAM!!! Please be AWARE!!!!

Disgusting sheets. Paper thin and scratchy. Ordered a king bed set. The fitted sheet doesn’t fit the mattress properly, too small, and there is only one pillowcase. Sent an email and the response was king sets only have one pillowcase. Asked what planet they were on because king sets always have two pillowcases. He said they always do. What the? Told me it was my fault for not reading the product properly. I told him it’s a no brainer, kings sets ALWAYS have two pillowcases. Total rip off & very expensive.

Customer service will not return my calls or emails on how to do a refund.

The sheets are horrible!! I Ordered a King size and only received one pillow case. The sheets are a poor quality and scratchy. Don't waste your money or time!! I gave one star but that is more than the sheets deserve!!

The king fittest sheet is about 12 inches too short and renders the set unusable. They refuse to take back and issue a refund. The supposed linen feels nothing like other actual linen I have purchased. Also, the set comes with one pillowcases for a king set. Fraudulent company.

Total scam. DO NOT BUY from this company. They will not answer the phone or respond to your emails. I should have read into it before buying...it's a fake company with Chinese products.

I should have read all the reviews before I ordered and spent over $150.00> sheets only came with 1 pillow case and the sheets do not fit my queen size mattress. TOTAL FRAUD

Ordered King size bed sheet set and received queen size with only one pillow case - plus, pocket on fitted sheet is too shallow to fit any modern mattress. Totally useless - wrote to customer service 3 times with no reply at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Upon reading the reviews, I agree: I would not invest in purchasing items from this company. They run flash sales that likely generate a high volume of orders, but don’t expect timely delivery. Despite claiming to be based in Wyoming with a shipping policy stating, “For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing,” everything ships from China and takes nearly a month to arrive.

You’re getting linen (I hope), but the product’s finishing is subpar. It also comes with only one pillowcase. I’ve never seen a king-size sheet set—from budget to luxury brands—include just one; two pillowcases are standard. How is the bed supposed to look uniform, complete, and luxurious with only one? You’re not getting a quality product or a complete sheet set. In the future, I’d pay extra to buy from another company and know I’m getting a quality product actually sourced from Europe.

Now that I’ve made the bed with this product, I’d like to add the following notes:

1. The sheet label lists “twin, full, queen.” When I emailed customer service about the sizing not matching what I ordered, I was told: “Please note that the label you see on the item is a washed label; it does not indicate the size of the product. All of our linens come with the same label regardless of size.” However, if this is supposed to be king-size bedding, the elastic is stretched to its limit and doesn’t fit properly over the mattress.

2. Today, most fitted sheets include a label indicating the head/foot. This one does not—another shortcut that points to an inferior product.

3. The flat sheet has no top-section hem; it’s a plain hem all the way around, so you must position it carefully to get it right.
Overall, this is an inferior product that I will be disputing with my credit card company. It’s not worth the price paid.

I wish I'd checked with trust pilot before I ordered. From top to bottom the company is a scam. I ordered 2 sets of Queen sheets after 8 weeks they arrive. Before they arrived I checked the shipping; the website says they're made in Europe. If they're made in Europe why are they shipped from China! When I saw the shipping I knew I was in trouble. As I said they finally arrived I was excited until I opened them and saw that there was only ONE pillowcase per set! The photos they show have multiple pillow cases on the beds some even look like there are duvet covers. I tried to contact them but the email is a dead and their phone number is answered by a bot. Don't waste your money or time with this company!
