Highly recommend this company! I ordered 3 rompers for my niece, all in size 3T and when I received them I noticed the different sizes between them. I happened to get a follow up email from them asking about my purchase and when I told them the issue Sara got back to me immediately and sent me another romper in the correct size. To say that this business is dedicated to their customers, is in my opinion an understatement! The prompt replies and swift actions really spoke volumes about how much their customers mean to them! I will defiantly be ordering from them again :)

I appreciate the response, but at the end of the day I never received the order it was never returned from the residence it just never made it, the correct shipping address was given! And yes I asked for my refund because I gave up on a delivery that never made it for over a month. To that note I was informed 3 day later that supposedly it was returned, again another email I’m sorry I don't know what went wrong! If I was to post the picture of the tracking that was sent to me, many would agree that it doesn’t make any sense. Do not email me again asking me to remove my review!

Yes the shipping took a bit, but in current situations i completely understand. Once they arrived, i absolutely loved them. My daughter is 3 and i got her the tie around the neck jumper in 3 colors. They are adorable,lightweight, and most importantly extremely easy for her to use the potty by herself with. She can either slide it over her head or untie it herself super quick. I adore them! And so does she!

Loved the romper, orange color soft not harsh and fabric really nice. Ordered another one in pink and the collared dress also in blue. First package took a little longer since it was not received in US and sent back to China But ....did receive an email explaining what was going on and really appreciated it. 2 weeks later the package arrived with the cute halter romper. Sizing a little small but looks great on her. Thank you very much -I never take the time to do surveys or reviews but liked the product and customer service so much wanted to let you know!

The slouch jumpsuit was a hit, ordered three different colors, am so glad I did! The fabric is super soft, well made, ingenous design for active girls and absolutely darling!

Surprisingly very satisfied with the quality of clothing from this company although it took quite a bit longer due to the Coronavirus I will order from them again and have told quite a few people in my friends and family .
I will be ordering from you again my granddaughter's birthday was on the 6h of June celebrated this past Monday due to the weather everything went well due to the Coronavirus and we were able to celebrate and have a wonderful party and the clothes came on Saturday just in time for her potty my daughter was very impressed with the quality of clothes very soft beautifully made will order again my grandson's birthday is coming up and I will order clothes for him cannot wait to get my next package although I know it could be a little bit long to receive them it's well worth the wait thank you very much I hope your company does well

It's not often I have the opportunity to give a stellar review, but Moonbun Baby has earned it. Not only do they have the cutest, great quality, stylish baby outfits, but they're customer service is top notch. You don't see that every day. Yes, shipping takes a bit, but that is with everyone now, unfortunately. Nothing they can do about that. These guys are #1 in my book!
