Good quality, adorable clothing. Shipping was quicker than I had expected. Happy and impressed.

First of all let me say the clothes are adorable. That being said, it took forever to get the two items I ordered. First and last time I will order from this company. Very little communication. One email with shipping information. Then nothing for over a month I had to email them to see where the order was. Hadn’t even been shipped yet. Children grow quickly and to have to wait almost two months for clothing is ridiculous. Did the items come on the slow boat from China?!?! I ordered a romper and slouch romper in the same size. One was absolutely huge on my granddaughter. The other too small. Terrible communication, inconsistent sizing...no thank you!

My granddaughter and her parents loved the 3 moonbuns I bought them. Their comment was "these are all purpose outfits". From Daycare pictures to pajamas they dress up or down. Love them.

Great product and great personalized customer service. Material is soft and easy on my daughters sensitive skin, and it fit perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I waited over 2 months for my order. My daughter just informed me she received the order this week. The response I received to my email asking where my product was, was just disrespectful. I will not order from this company again. Can you comprehend that Sara??????

Great products and customer service. I had some difficulty with my first order where it was not delivered, and sent back. The customer service was great, and gave me a full refund. Then when I reordered the product, it came in with no problems. They still followed up to make sure that I was happy with my purchase!

Our 4 year old grand daughter LOVES rainbows! The Rainbow Boho dress was perfect for her. I had it shipped so cannot comment on the quality, however I felt the communication with the company was excellent. It did take a while for the dress to be delivered but under the present circumstances I believe most shipments are taking longer. I tracked the item easily. I am sorry for those who did not share my positive experience. I would order from Moonbun again. Unfortunately many of the items I really liked were out of stock. I'll keep an eye out in the future.

These outfits are so adorable! The fit is true to size and they are well made. Because of COVID the shipping took about a month and a half, but that has been my experience ordering from almost everywhere. It was worth the wait though. My daughter looks adorable and people ask me where I get her clothes every time we go out. Customer service is very responsive and is genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. I will order again!

My granddaughters absolutely loved their slouch rompers, one pink one orange, the colors are beautiful. Quality was also wonderful...will definitely order from moonbun again

We Honestly did not expect our order to arrive as fast as it did due to delays caused by COVID. Not only did the order come faster than we expected but the rompers are adorable. We will definitely order from you again!

If I could give 0 stars I would because thats what the product deserves!!! I ordered their stroller, also had problems with the order, as it came like a month after they said it will and it was damaged. I have been promised to get a complementary bag, which never arrived. But this is the 2nd(!!!) month im using it and the quality is extremely poor! The wheels are out of hand, they go where they want to, doesnt matter how i push them. Dont buy it, doesnt worth a penny!!!!

Well, I wish I had read these reviews prior to investing my time and effort into buying from a independent company. Ordered over 7 weeks ago, no product, requests to wait, shipping notice from yun express, product stuck since 5/23/20 in CA(which is where I live!) and emails asking me to wait and not write a negative review. Sorry, but other consumers need to know this is NOT S RELIABLE COMPANY. Do not waste your time. I have no product or money.

I absolutely LOVE the romper!!! It fits my granddaughter perfectly and she looks as precious in it as I thought she would! Seriously! And everywhere we go people rant and rave over it! I did read a couple of reviews first so I bought one size up and that was perfect, so it's extra roomy and comfy! Also, the owners actually reached out to me to make sure I was completely satisfied, which was super thoughtful and rare! I love these people, their clothes, and will be a customer for years to come! Thanks Moonbun! You're AWESOME!!
