I found this site on my instagram ads and have never regretted it since… the shoes are amazing quality and are very much my style as l have a retro and quirky sense of fashion. These shoes are also very comfortable. I have gone back for more and more. This will be my go to place always. The customer service help is amazing tooo, they are very responsive which is great.

Awful quality - this is cheap Temu stuff that is resold.

This isn’t ASOS, don’t expect next day delivery. However, that doesn’t mean the delivery is awful. I ordered on 28th august it arrived today 11th august. Which is not bad turnaround for a product coming from outside the uk. I ordered one size dungaree trousers, they are cheaply made, but the fabric is alright, and the style is what I expected. You need to be aware when ordering this is an Asian brand, trousers are short, great for me, I’m 5ft. Not so great if you are taller. Also sizing is small, the one size is a 10-12 in uk sizes. Overall I’m pleased.

Some of their items are good, but the sizing if horrible. I brought a few items that were made decent and stylish. Delivery is too long. I wish that more sizes were available. The concept that One Size can fit all is ridiculous.

I have spent at least 5 months trying to build a website with this company and have had the following issues on my website: 1. Numerous misspellings. 2. My paintings posted were very blurry and faded. 3. They opened the website to the public without telling me first. I had them shut it down I was so embarrassed of the blurry paintings, misspellings and misquotes. 3. This company has since then shut down my website to work on things though they say it’s open for business. They are marketing for me, I open my website but it is shut down to my surprise when it was not to be. I notice my website moves very very slow once it is up and running again. It is then shut down by the company DESIGNERSLY and they have to work on this they say, it won’t take long , it takes days. I tell them to plz get my site up and running I will have someone else take over I am way too frustrated to continue. DESIGNERSLY tell me my website is up and working I can now take over. I go to my website to check it out and come to the same sign on my site once again that says “Coming Soon” which means it’s still closed down. If you’d like this kind of work on your website design with very very poor communication if any… the designer never answers his phone or texts, then you should hire them. This was a big mistake and money loss. I paid more and more and more money than originally agreed on. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY DESISIGNERSLY!! I don’t think they know what they are doing nor do they know how to spell English.

I ordered 4 items on the 27th of January 2022 and I got received 2 of them after 1 month. And the rest 2 items I am still waiting for......I sent ,many times, request to do the follow up and send send me the two other products that I had bought but nobody responds....its very ridiculous. I have never ever seen such a bad client service and bad company. I m seriously disappointed.
Please do not buy in this site, its worthless !!!

I ordered items,but then exchanged them to other items.They were very good about it,received emails every day.very nice lady.Received my items yesterday love them.

They took forever until shipment, to the point where I thought they were scamming me
3 weeks after ordering, i finally got notified that my order had shipped. Haven't received the goods yet, will follow up on that for for now my exp with the brand is so-so

I've ordered from Moongor 3 times since 2020.
Reason being, i'm always happy with the quality of the clothing, as it's always exactly like the photos.
The shipping takes a realllly looooong time unless you pay the expidited shipping fee. I found it was worth the wait.
Bykud and Moongor are the only trustworthy places i've ordered from online adverts.

I ordered two items. One did not fit. It cost 50 dollars. They said 'it's going to take a long time to send it back to us as we're in China. You will have to pay customs." How about we give you 15 dollars refund and you dont have to ship it back.

This is the second time of ordering from Moongor. The clothes arrived very promptly given the Covid situation and are lovely. Well made & good quality.
The first time was the same although took longer to arrive.
I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from them again as the clothing is different from anything you can buy in England.

I don’t know if I should laugh or cry
In February I order for amount 200$, first the delivery was extremely long, covid 19 explanations, then the items where lost by danish post. Moongor offered to send again, very nice. Again extremely long waiting time. When it finally arrived, the clothes where quite different from the pictures, and the sizes where absolutely not Wright, even though I bought all in the same size. I wrote again to moongor service, the have a response time among 14 days. They offered me 50 $ instead of return, but I resisted to return, after 14 days the offered me 90 $ , still I wanted to return. Finally they sent me an address in China, it was so complicated, 8 lines address. Now I paid for returned goods, with a tracking number, which I email to Moongor, still waiting for response

Good: Well designed clothes. Products are as pictured. Great value for money.

Bad: Slow delivery. Minimal customer service. Fit isn't perfect. Some loose threads and other quality issues

Overall: Exactly what I expected for the price.

Tips: Read the sizing as each item is different. Purchase clothing that doesn't need to fit in a tailored way, like loose shirts, casual dresses and lounge pants.

Moongor clothes are cleverly designed, using bat-wings, box cuts and other tricks to create patterns that will fit many body types. For me, this means everything I purchased fit, and looks good, although some items could sit more nicely on my body.

Do not buy from this Chinese company! You will get something totally different from the pictures. I tried to make return but they refused receive the package in China. I wrote to them but no answer. I opened a Paypal case for buyers protection, but as long as there is no record of delivery buyers guarantee does not work unfortunately. It is their fraud way not make refund. Be aware.

I received my clothing article quite promptly but because it isn't what I expected, I am wanting to return it. I cannot get a straight answer from Moongor on the return process despite many emails to them. They keep asking me the same question - which is to give them the order details. I have three times and I'm now over the time limit they accept returns. I would def recommend not buying from this company again as the returns process cannot be trusted.

FIRST: There are many reviews that accuse this company of not sending their orders. This isn't true, as I've received my items. You'll get your stuff, but get ready to be patient.

On the item itself, while the fabric quality was rather thin, the fit is quite nice and overall well designed. Overall, the product is what you'd expect for the price. For a one-of-kind design like Moongor offers, I'm satisfied.

Would recommend, but be realistic!

Buying from Moongor requires patience. They are not good about writing you back, and shipping from them takes a significant amount of time (usually around 2 months, based on reviews and my own experience). They are not a scam, but do be ready for this should you buy from them.
