Beautiful jewelry with a couple honest criticisms
I love the jewelry- it’s beautiful! I have many pieces that I wear often. I have also purchased many gifts for my loved ones as well. There have been times where we have purchased items as gifts ahead of an occasion just for it to still arrive after the celebration has passed. That can be a bit frustrating to not have your gifts come in time so to arrive empty handed to someone’s special day. Sometimes they arrive on time, sometimes they don’t. Otherwise I love the jewelry. It’s beautiful and high quality. Only other critique I can think of is that the pics online often feature their more vibrant stones and isn’t close to what you receive. Sometimes the item I receive is no where near
as beautiful as the picture- it’s still pretty though. My rose quartz earrings for example- have no detectable pink hue to them and a couple of my moonstones were similar- not very showy. It doesn’t deter me from ordering though because even the stones that aren’t as great as their pictures depict, they are pretty so it’s still worthwhile.

Misleading warranty claims, shaby customer service, and overpriced “jewelry”. You would think with how much they overcharge they would be able to honor their warranty claims especially when their jewelry falls and apart after a few wears. Save your money and go elsewhere

I love Moon Magic. This company has the best quality moonstone gems in my opinion. I have a few different pieces (raw & polished) and every stone is gorgeous. The metals used are quality too. They never turn on my sensitive skin or cause irritation. Every piece I own is well made. And I like the 2 year warranty that comes with your purchase. Beautiful jewellery and great customer service, but very slow shipping. I am waiting for my current order to arrive, it has been in the Netherlands since the 5th March and has been with a local courier for 3 days with no movement. I'm hoping it will get put on a flight to me in Ireland soon!
