Don't buy from this website. It's been 2 months since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. Save your money and purchase from local retail stores as they need all the sales they can get.

Ugh.. I should have read some reviews.

Terrible customer service, no follow up until I got PayPal involved. Buyer beware of this company.

SCAM. I ordered clothes and never received them.

SCAM. They will not even respond to emails.

I placed an order from MoonMandy on 5/1/2020. and cancelled the order the following day 5/2/2020. I received a sad story via email on 5/7/2020 that due to COVID they were experiencing delays and employees unable to go to work the order would not be shipped for an additional 1-5 days and offered a 20% off coupon. A follow-up email was sent on 5/7/2020 asking once again for the order to be cancelled and on 5/11/2020 they responded the order had been processed and was shipping. I am not sure what part of cancel the order they did not understand? Meanwhile the total was charged to my credit card and a package arrived 6/12/2020 was 3 of the 4 items and the remaining item did not arrive for 2 more weeks. The items are not as represented on the website.. The Sweatshirt was nothing more than a polyster shirt you could see through and much smaller than the size chart. Other blouses and dress was smaller than the size chart recommendation. This company does not understand what good customer service is... they are not responding to the multiple email inquiries for a return and I am still working with my credit card company on the dispute. I have four items that do not fit and a company who cares nothing about addressing the issue.

What a headache... if you want quality you can count on. order US Made Products.. pay a little more and save yourself the headaches!

Terrible product, terrible customer service and terrible overall experience. The clothes are awful quality and they make returning their items impossible. It took months to receive, weeks to get an email response and the clothes are a complete rip off.

DO NOT BUY FROM MoonMandy! Facebook should ban them! 3 months just got half my order, no receipt with order and no response to multiple emails. Will be filing with my credit card company. Return address was an Amazon warehouse in TX. Package had been opened and was taped back up. Avoid!

Buyer beware!! Do not purchase!! I will never purchase items from Moon Mandy again. I ordered 4 items and all were not as expected. Two of the items were made of a plasticy fabric, not advertised on site. When I attempted to return the items I followed the procedures, email to receive return shipping address, they never responded. When I submitted a claim through PayPal, they offered me a $20 refund out of a $134.95 purchase. Unreasonable, unresponsive and only wants to steal your money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Shirt was nothing like pictured and was totally damaged. Said I could return but it would be more money than the shirt is worth. offered a 10% discount which i still have NOT RECEIVED. They should do gree returns if they send you a ripped item!! Total liars. will never order again and will be putting up negative reviews EVERYWHERE

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered on May 11. I received an email confirming and then one when it shipped. Every time I checked to shipping it said label not created. I tried reaching out by email, Facebook, Facebook messenger and Instagram. No response back. Do not order from this place.

Worst experience. Ordered product mid-May with expedited shipping (4-9 days) cost and have yet to receive it in early July. Nor have I received a reply to my numerous emails asking for a status and a refund of my expedited shipping cost.

I understand COVID affects shipping times, but there is no excuse for zero communication with your customers.

Terrible! Do not order from this site. The quality of the clothing is awful and cheap. The sizing is not typical to regular women’s sizing. Their customer service is the worst. They will not respond to even let me return the product!!! So disappointed.

SCAM! Ordered $140.00 worth in early May. It said on website that there would be a little delay in shipping because of covid. They sent me a tracking # about a month later through email . We looked it up and it said it was ready for shipping but not shipped yet. Never got it, it’s now been 2 mo.Tried to contact but no response. Hopefully my bank will reimburse. My Bank said that they have have numerous of fraudulent complaints about MOON MANDY. DO NOT ORDER!

Place order 5-2 and still waiting! Have contacted them 5 times with out a response or resolution! Just want my money back!

Most importantly, the clothes are poor quality and not what’s in the picture. I ordered a sweater that is actually a super thin long sleeve t shirt. The other clothes are itchy and look cheap. The clothes cost way too much compared to what I actually received.

My order took 3 months to get here. I understand COVID backed things up. But three months? I got a text after 2 saying that I could track my shipment and then a label had been created but didn’t ship for another month.

Don’t waste your money.

This is a scam site ordered clothes back in May and never received nothing to this day BEWARE of this place!

Horrible! I ordered in April and still have not received my order. I also have emailed them several times and they give me fake tracking numbers. Do not order from this company!!

This company deserves NO RATING!!! Don’t buy from this company!!!! Order took so long to arrive. So disappointed!!!! Nothing like the pictures. Very cheap material. Poor quality. Asked for prepaid return label and they don’t do that. They only offer a 10% off next purchase, knowing the customer will not be ordering again!!! Worst ever!!!!! I will be throwing these clothes in the garbage!!! That’s where they belong!!!!!
