Bought 2 different long sleeve blouses/ both Size L for I like them loose. One the upper sleeve was so small- I could barely get it on. The other the pattern and color were nothing like the photo with a ruffle that did not show in the photo- asked to return and they offered 10% off next purchase. WHAT? Still trying to get return info- customer service is the worst.

Very Poor quality top. It doesn’t even have a care tag on it. They don’t offer free shipment to send back for refund. Haven’t checked the shipment price. But, They only offer 10% discount on another purchase. Why would I buy another piece of crap clothing from them.

Worst customer service ever. After a month of not hearing anything about my order I requested that it be cancelled. I requested this SEVEN times, and they never responded to my cancellation. I know they saw my emails, because they responded to my 2nd email with a completely different message asking me to wait longer.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will NEVER ship out your items and will take your money. They repetitively sent me FAKE shipping confirmation numbers. Just won against the case on paypal. They refuse to refund you. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Don't believe their ads in facebook. This company is shady, they take your money and don't ship you the items in a timely manner. I contacted them asking where my orders was and they said that the factories are closed due Covid-19 and they can't tell me when my items will ship. So I asked them for a refund, I never got a reply about this request and 1 week later they send me a tracking number with the note "Because of the COVID-19, the USPS & FedEx will be a 5-15 working day delayed in updating the tracking information. Thanks for your kind understanding."
This is not true, UPS and FedEx update their tracking information within a few hours. This company simply issued a label in order to buy more time.
I disputed the transaction with my credit card company since they seem to have poor business practices.

Not happy.. I ordered items need to return and they say you must email them first and don’t send back without notifying them and do not use address on the label that was on package mailed to you . Well answer my email and give me information.. customer service is horrible and I’m not at all happy with what I ordered ...

Ordered a blouse over 6 weeks ago and have never received it. They have not responded to my emails inquiring where it is.
I wish I had done more homework on this site or I would have never bought from them

Do not order from this company! I have spent almost $150 for 6 shirts over 2 months ago. I finally received 2 of the shirts the other day. Both are 100 percent polyester and look like crap. The shirts were really cute on their site, but they are absolutely horrible. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

Horrible company. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent behavior. If i could give them zero stars I would. Never buy from this company.

Quality is poor,, returns are expensive. Between my initial purchase and the cost of shipping back the return, I’m out of $80 and they still haven’t given a refund for my items.

I place my order may 13th we are in June still haven’t received my orders worst company ever the tracking said label created that all I will never order from this company again

I paid extra for Express shipping (4-9 days) 15 days later I get an email from them asking me to pick something else out at the same price because they were sold out. I replied just asking for a refund. The next day I was sent a confirmation email with a tracking number. Saying it will take 15 more days until arrival. I keep checking the tracking number and turns out, the sender only printed the label but still has not mailed my package. They do not have a phone number or address listed on their website. This is an aweful company. Strongly do not recomend

They have so nice and cute pictures of the clothes on their websites for reasonable price. Also advertisement on FB and IG looks really nice. When your merchandise arrives, it is not what you saw in the picture. So poor quality and it just not what they are selling. I wanted an exchange of sizes and it was impossible. Their communication was really unprofessional. They were offering me refund for 10% of my big order and discount code for my next order, which is insane. So, I paid really expensive shipping cost, to send everything back and waiting for their full refund. Even with the shipping cost back it is worth it for me, because I paid a lot of money for their clothes. Communication with customer services is taking really long time, it is time consuming. I will never order anything from them again.
