Shout out to Uday and Alex. After a very amateur-ish attempt to program my new Luna (my local repeater wasn't pre-programmed - the rest of the UK looked like it was!) I completely messed things up. I took the radio on a Monday afternoon, and they reset the whole setup. Absolutely awesome service. Alex also personally gave a few nuggets of guidance on the programming software, which made things a lot easier going forward.

Moonraker are a fantastic company with excellent knowledgeable staff who really go that extra mile to provide great service for their customers. I love visiting their store and talking through my planned projects. They don’t try and oversell just give honest practical advice.
Also I feel secure ordering from their web store. Recently I ordered a great value Uniden scanner deal. The price was good and it also came with a free antenna upgrade as part of a bundle. I forgot to select the antenna in the order but when I emailed they arranged another shipment free of charge.

Moonraker are an excellent company for amateur radio equipment for people from beginner level to advanced license holders. I bought an adapter from them and there was a problem with the delivery. They immediately sent me another, completely free of charge (including postage)! They also respond to emails very quickly. I used to work in the UK but now I live in Ireland, so that could have been the source of the problem. Highly recommend
- and no I don't work for them.

Great products, arrived on time. The SWR meter I ordered had the FWD/REF switch reversed. This was not their fault, though, as I bought it from a third party retailer.
