Terrible

Couldn’t provide basic network service. Kept dropping connection - for multiple hrs at a time. Called support and said it was a network problem. I’m in central Sydney. Immediately fixed after moving back to another telco.

The Moose mobile plan was just what I needed.

Before moving to Moose I was seeing my mobile service becoming more aligned with business, introducing cool features that I would never use, and charging me for them. I needed a mobile for personal use 99% of the time, and typically, I only use mobile data when I'm travelling away from home. The Moose mobile plan was value-for-money and its flexibility in the area of data usage was much better suited to my intermittent usage pattern.

Cheap and no complaints

Really easy to join- way cheaper than my previous service, especially with the first 12 months on a special rate. Very happy l, highly recommend.

Just all round excellent

Just all round excellent. I cancelled my Optus after my presumed locked price contract kept rising despite them compromising my identity. Paid out the handset to switch and so glad I did. Way happier with Moose, equal coverage, but $40
A month less (actually not so much difference factoring paying for a handset outright) but still a $200 a year saving for better customer service and transparency. I tell everyone who will listen!

Good coverage but beware of the oseas roaming set charge of 15 per day

Good coverage and helpful service. I have been a custoner for over 5ym years and as I travel overseas needro beavle to re eivetezts. So have to pay $300 upfront. Last trip to China I had to respibd to 1 text, obviously missed the update about set $15 per day roaming charge if you use any service , so 1 text cost me $15, which they would not waive. Great service for Australia

Good and Reliable

I can't fault it. It just works. Sometimes there is no signal when you are inside supermarkets for example or underground. Other then that, i had no issues with them. Being with them for the past 2 years. Reliable and true to their word. Never being charged extra other then the plan i am on now.
