Geeat products, timely delivery but please avoid DHL for next day delivery, they never stick to their promised time slots.

It was great overall, I managed to buy the wrong size:( and they replaced it without me having to send the item back:) They included a pre-paid envelope to send it back to them at no cost to me, while I offered to pay for returns they were nice enough to say it is free of charge

The case was great, the packaging was slightly damaged:( should be placed in a cardboard box!

The quality of the screen protector and the case is great, and they had to send out a replacement which they did swiftly with Evri. However, the first time royal mail hasn’t delivered the product and claimed they did, it wasn’t our signature and guess what; there was nothing royal mail could do:(

Absolutely horrible. Ordered June/July of 2019, have still not recieved items as of April 2020. Email given on site can not be used and no other contact is given. Has taken a lot of money from me and is really upsetting. AVOID STORE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT SHOP.

Just terrible service. Avoid. Bought a case and paid extra for 1/2 day delivery and still nearly two weeks after I’ve received nothing. No reply via email or social media. This is definitely a scam.

I bought an iPhone6s case for £20 and audio cables don't fit through it! Contacted the company twice but received no reply. Not the best 😞

Overall good service, but I believe the packaging should be made a bit tougher to survive for Post Man who decide to play some kick-around with the package before delivering it.

My case and 'tempered' screen protector are in tact - my screen is smashed from top to bottom. I dropped it from approximately 6 inches.

I have had iPhones since they were first introduced and this is the first I have broken.

The tempered screen protector doesn't fit the screen. I contacted them when I bought it and they didn't reply.

I submitted reviews and they haven't appeared on their site.

I wish i could give them zero stars. Stole my money and never delivered the case I bought. Emailed and called multiple times with no reply. I believe this is not even a real company. It’s a scam.

Products is of surprisingly low quality and cracked in two key places within a few weeks of light use. I contacted customer services not once but twice and received absolutely zero response. Thus I'm already on my second phone case of the year when I shouldn't have needed to think about another for the length of the phones life. There was a time when a damaged products were replaced, no questions asked. Now, it seems that you can't even get a reply when a poor product is damaged. I'll make sure never to purchase More [ an ironic brand name I assume] products again. If I could leave negative stars I would 1 star will have to do. AVOID!

Taken £25 from my account four weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. Emailed them four times now and had no response. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

These thieves took £20 from my account and delivered nothing to me. Still 3 weeks later I have received nothing and sent them 3 emails to the customer service team. Absolutely disgusted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

i bought a case for my iphone 6s and within 2 weeks it cracked on the side! I emailed and emailed to ask for a replacement one under the 90 day warranty they said they offer and yet 2 months later I am still waiting to hear from them. they don't have any published phone number to call so basically they just ignore all emails from disgruntled customers and keep advertising themselves as a reputable company that provides a no quible warranty. Well they are nothing but thieves to me. They basically sell products that don't last long at all and they can't even care enough to honour their own terms and conditions of sale! Crooks! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
