I have ordered with More several times…
I have ordered with More several times now, both in Germany and in the UK. They always deliver fast. The biggest caveat that I wish would change is that the selection back in Germany is so much bigger and I would love to try all of the stuff they have there but you simply can't get it in the UK. I also wish they had more products with sample sizes in the UK. In Germany I ordered lots of samples for their iced coffees and protein bars instead of going by what other people promote and I am glad I did because most of the iced coffees are way too sweet for my taste but there is a whole lot of people who love exactly that. My favourite products are the latte macchiato iced coffee and hazelnut crispy cream iced coffee, the iced matcha latte original and strawberry cheesecake and the iced chai latte, they are all not too sweet. Here is an example of why I wish we'd have the same selection as in germany: they have an iced chai latte cinnamon bun and I love cinnamon buns but you can't get it here. If the selection was bigger and you could try more samples I would definitely order more. My opinion on chunky flavour: like I said, I don't like it too sweet. I bought lots and ended up only using 1/3 of a scoop instead of the recommended whole scoop. So in the end, I use maybe 1g at a time but the chunkys I ordered a couple of years ago had 250g in them and I don't use them daily so there is no chance I could finish them. Unfortunately, this means that a lot of them absorbed moisture by now and are no longer usable, they are either a brick or syrup. If you love it sweet - go for it. For me chunkys just meant a whole lot of money down the drain. But we are talking of a timeframe of about 3 years now, in general I would say they are good quality, just simply not suitable for my consuming behaviour.
In summary:
Delivery: fast and reliable
Quality: very good
Flavour: really just depends on individual preferences
Selection: could be improved in the UK, hence only 4 stars

Expired before delivery
Ordered two boxes of Protein Pudding (20 servings each) and one Chunky Flavor on 02.11.2025. Order was delivered today, 05.11.2025. The Chunky Flavor’s best-before date is 31.10.2025 — already expired! The Protein Puddings are also very short-dated (best before 31.12.2025). Very disappointing experience. First and last time ordering from this company.
Update (06.11.2025): The customer service team handled the issue really well — they quickly arranged a replacement for the expired Chunky Flavor and one of the Protein Pudding boxes. Mistakes happen, but I really appreciate how fast and friendly their support was!
