Delivered items close to spoiling, no reaction from company
Careful if you buy more than one item of a product in advance, delivered items go bad within 7 weeks.
I bought 5 "Curcu-More" during the Black-Weeks, received my order on 27 November 2025, but found out that all the items spoil on 23 January 2026. I contacted the company on the same day if they could replace the items with fresher versions, haven't received an answer to this day. Today, I cancelled my order and sent back the items at my own expense.
The funny thing is: I still have "old" Curcu-More packs from February 2025, and they are still good until September 2026. No idea how they send out items that are *that* old. Absolutely disappointing for a company that calls itself "Quality First" GmbH.

All products we ship meet our internal quality standards and recommended consumption dates. However, receiving items with a shorter shelf life than expected can be very disappointing, especially when ordering multiple units. Scam Company - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM UK
Ordered on 07/11/25, delivery was due by 11/11/25 but raised as not received on 14/11/25 and no response from actual people.
Tried to resolve with AI chat bot but all this did was say they were 'looking into it'.
After several attempts to contact Customer Service, still no items, no refund and the order shows as 'Fulfilled' on my account.
Royal Mail tracking says parcel was not received.
Terrible communication and no real customer service.

I’ve now been waiting over 3 weeks for my package to be delivered, there is no sense of urgency to update me on my order and what happening, and customer service is no help what so ever. I have emailed and got a ticket number and I just keep getting an email saying

This isn’t any help! There is no time frame and this was meant to be a present for someone.

They don't deliver and shocking customer service
They've had my money for almost a month now and still no product received. Tracking doesn't work either.
I have raised tickets and given the information but they keep getting closed down saying the problem is resolved when it isn't! Shocking customer service, don't waste your money.

I’m now being ignored
I’m now being ignored. I think all the ways to contact them are automated responses. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for the package and it still says it’s processed. I have tried multiple times to get an update and I have been told twice to wait. I tried to do a complaint and there’s no option to put not received all so I just put something random, I explained in the complaint I have not received anything, but they want photographs to prove it. I can’t do a dispute yet, but at this point I just want a refund. I have spent over £110. Worst customer service I have received. This is the only place I can get a response. Please just cancel my order. Also I understand why people can’t comment on your social media adverts.
Just had a response, offering to send a replacement package, so I’ll see how that goes.
