The agents at the Lampeter office are the worst agents we have come across in our search for a house in the South of Wales. There was a house in Pontsian that I absolutely loved. We live in London and had to group our viewings to optimize the time for the times we came to Wales.
Every time we came they had some excuse why we could not view the house. For example they said there was a weather warning. That was the day before we arrived, while the day we went viewing was great (10 January)
Eventually we bought a house (at the same price) in Blaenau, due to our time restraints in finding a property.
The owner does not live there, so I doubt he knows the opportunity squandered by his/her agents

Morgan and Davies Carmarthen are amazing I brought my first home from them and they were nothing but helpful and lovely! Neville showed me around the property many times and everytime he made me feel so at ease and comfortable. He had answers for questions before I had even asked them! Thank you so so much!

Morgan and Davies Lampeter recently sold our property. We found their team very friendly and always willing to help. Amy was excellent in her communication with us, between solicitors and buyer.
Llion was brilliant from the start. He is very approachable and down to earth, and always listened to and accomodated what we wanted. He offered professional, impartial advice and was very supportive, especially when our first buyer dropped out of the sale unexpectedly.
Morgan and Davies are highly recommended.
