They're not for the people

They're not for the people. They're for their wallet and lack of actual work. I called them with pretty much a guaranteed win of a case, but because they don't want to go up againt a "name brand" hospital and do the leg work necessary, they refused my case. I know quite a few people that have had less happen with them, (and with a different, not so "known" hospital) that have won their cases. Plain and simple they're either afraid of big hospitals and don't want to do the running around.

Morgan and morgan won't take a dental…

Morgan and morgan won't take a dental malpractice case. There isint enough money in it for them. Even with evidence, and no consent form signed, i was pretty much told no money in it. So much for defending the little guy. A percentage of 20,000 wasnt enough.

Can I give a zero star ??
Worst experience of my life . Very unprofessional and unorganized. Lacked communication the whole time . Never heard from my lawyer nor once. They wasted my time saying I had a case for 5 months then dropped it without telling me . I am with a new lawyer now and won the case

I wish that I had seen the reviews…

I wish that I had seen the reviews before I contacted them. Initially, I was called and asked for the details of what happened in my slip-and-fall case. They accepted my case but it took 58 days to hear anything and they asked me again what happened, after l had already given them the details several times, they were supposed to be investigating and requesting the camera footage. I finally got a call which to me sounded like they are dropping the case. I tried emailing them for clarity, and now I can’t even receive a response. Now I'm sure it's too late to go to another attorney. The camera footage is probably destroyed by now. Never again with these guys, especially if it's a good case. I see they drop the ball and leave you hanging. Highly disappointed.

Update:Supposedly they referred my case out to another law firm, and I still haven't heard from anyone, I guess I'm out of luck because I'm sure they never got in touch with the business where I got injured so now it’s probably too late. I guess my case wasn't big enough for them.

Disorganized and possibly dishonest or only take easy injury cases

I was contacted by more than 3 people from Morgan and Morgan on Friday. They were all excited about my potential claim. However, by Monday Morgan and Morgan decided not to take my medical malpractice or class action cases. There are class action suits for my exact issue.
1. Whatever those people do for Morgan and Morgan that repeatedly contact you, don't keep good records of the conversation or document the call. This results in them asking you the same questions again, when you call them back after they sent you a text asking you too. They don't know who you are when you call back. Even if you have a reference number
2. It doesn't seem like a real law firm. However can you receive a case on Friday afternoon to review and know by Monday morning that the case is not qualified. I doubt anyone reviews cases on Saturday and Sunday.
3. I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time with the multiple people that contacted me from Morgan and Morgan via text, phone, and email.

Outstanding Support and Care

In 2024, I was involved in a terrible car accident that was not my fault. Not only was my car completely totaled, but I also experienced long-lasting mental and emotional difficulties as a result. After several local attorneys declined to take my case, I decided to reach out to Morgan & Morgan for help.
From that moment on, Jennifer and Ryan took all of my worries off my shoulders. They handled negotiations with the insurance companies, took care of the hospital bills, and ensured that everything was managed professionally and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer kept me consistently informed and supported, which meant more to me than I can express.
I am incredibly grateful for everything she did for me. My case is now resolved, and I am finally able to look forward again. The support I received was not only highly professional, but also compassionate, motivating, and genuinely caring.
I can wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend Morgan & Morgan.

Morgan and Morgan Not for the people.

I was crippled by VA but was rejected because VA claim don't pay enough. Once I said VA, the person I spoke with was quick to reject and then they hung up. It seems they are not "For The People" but only to thier pocket book. There final judgement will be in front of God based on how you either help, or con. Your company is a scam and fraud. That heart felt meesage about brother how was cripple sounds good except I too have spinal injury, but as a vet, I don't count.

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. I was rear ended on the interstate by a Ford F250 work truck. My car was totaled and my sternum was broken. Morgan and Morgan immediately took my case. Even though the police report reported two days later that it was an uninsured driver, it wasn’t until seven weeks later that I was contacted by the firm and told I was dropped from the case. It took them seven weeks to find out what I knew in two days. Obviously, they did not see a big payday, and dumped me. For the people? Hell no, for themselves! End of story.

Extremely Dissatisfied!!

Review Title: Extremely Dissatisfied – Avoid This Firm
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
"I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Morgan & Morgan. What they promise in their advertisements is the complete opposite of the service I received.
The communication from this firm is non-existent. I was constantly left in the dark, and getting a simple status update felt impossible. There is a palpable sense of apathy from the staff and attorneys; I felt like just another number in a massive system rather than a client they actually cared about.
The process has been incredibly slow and inefficient. Most frustratingly, the settlement they presented was completely unjustified and unacceptable. It did not reflect the reality of my situation or the damages I suffered. It felt like they wanted to take the quickest, easiest path to close the case rather than fighting for what I actually deserved.
If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, efficient, and willing to work for a fair outcome, look elsewhere. My experience here was a total waste of time."

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely poor communication. No one ever returned our calls when we complained we would finally get a call only to find out the attorney and their assistant assigned to our case was no longer there and they would have to review the current status. They were more concerned about settling the case than fighting for us. Even saying we are fighting Blue Cross Blue Shield and they stand their ground. When we received another offer we asked that’s what we would get minus your payment. You know their work only involved emails back and forth. We were told yes this is the amount you would receive minus any leans and usually that would be small if any. We are not attorneys and did not know leans are public knowledge. So we said yes let’s get this closed out. To our SURPRISE there was $40,000 in leans which we would not have agreed to and would go to court as m husband still suffers from this accident. Plus they told us we hold $250.00 for miscellaneous after three months you will get that back or a statement stating what is was used for. That has been over 2 years. When contacted all we get is let us check into that and we’ll get back with you and we never hear back. For me their ads are nothing but false advertising.

They don't review your case before making a decision to work with you.

Someone from Morgan and Morgan called me to get details about my case. I gave her alot of details and said she was going to review it with the team. She placed me on hold a few seconds and said they would not be able to help. I asked her how was they able to review it that quickly out of all the info I gave you? She couldn't answer. I'm not sure what kind of scam process they got going on but I will never recommend them. They don't review your case! You talk to someone with broken English and they act like they are consulting with a lawyer but they don't! And they won't tell you why they won't take your case. Just a waist of time.

Morgan and Morgan review and settlement

Jim Thompson here. The dates of my M and M experience is from March 25 2023 to December on2025. First WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MORGAN &Morgan. I was in a car wreck in March 2023 in which I was hit in the rear end of my car.I received severe whiplash and permanent lower back injuries and sciatica. I am 80 years old. So I contacted Brad Bradshaw law firm about my injuries. He then passed my case to M and M law firm in St Louis. They assigned my case to one of their lawyers then changed lawyers 3 times. Chis Desilets ended up with my case and held on to it for 2 1/2 years of which he did very little. I asked him to take my case to trial to which he adamantly refused. Finally after 2 1/2 years he had me fill out a disclosure form to which I did. Then nothing. He would not answer phone, text messages etc. Meanwhile I was sending him Dr’s diagnosis, a lot of information about car wreck, my injuries, photos of cars, chiropractic treatments, physical therapy etc. I did all the work. So finally he had me have a disclosure meeting with the person who hit me in rear end lawyer. Then again long period of silence. When there were no more excuses I emailed him and he informed me he had passed my case to yet another M and M lawyer. I was of course very disappointed. The new lawyer was Jeremy Collins. So again very little contact. It became obvious Jeremy nor his paralegal Don Stone new little about Geriatric permanent injury. They to adamantly refused to take my case to trial. They seemed to be working against me. So after some time they informed me that the insurance company had a settlement offer of $7000.00 of which I refused. So I was informed that if I didn’t accept the offer they would drop the case. They then told me they upped the settlement to $9000.00. There was substantial Medicare leins against the settlement. So being 80 years old and exhausted with it, I accepted the offer. When the invoice arrived it revealed that their fee, the liens had been paid and several other charges except the Chiorpratic bill that I would have to pay. So I received a check for $3400. I still had to pay the Chiorpractor. And then I received a bill from Medicare for $370 more. I contacted Jeremy Collins about them not paying that bill. Don Stone asked me to send him the bill for review. I did and never heard another thing from them. So after all was said done I ended up with approximately $2300. This settlement should have been $50,000. Due to permanent injuries and life style changes . I can no longer enjoy the activities I did before the car wreck.

Highly disappointed and just seems like false advertising

The person who called me for my initial consultation barely spoke English. They never let me finish explaining anything on the my case. I barely got to explain anything when I was told I couldn't be helped but they could refer me to a local law firm who they "work" with and who they recommend. Looks like they only like high profile cases and pass you off to another to make money off you.

Wasted time with M&M

Initial free consultation was good. They quickly responded to take my case. No brainer… hit and run in a garage with involvement from Hertz Rent A Car and a customer of theirs. Documented whiplash and a major concussion… I’m looking at 6 to 12 month of pain killers and therapy…
Next came more than 2 months of nothing. “Investigation” they called it. Then today an email sadly informing me that they will not represent me.
Seriously WTF?
Anyways… I can only advise anyone to be careful with these guys… Do read the reviews before calling this firm 🤣 I wish I did…

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan & Morgan due to a complete lack of communication and professionalism.
On 11/7/2025, I opened a loss lawsuit with the firm and signed all required documents, including the retainer agreement and HIPAA authorization forms. After submitting all of my personal and case-related information, I never heard from anyone again.
I made five phone calls and sent several emails over the following weeks with no response. No attorney or case manager ever contacted me to discuss my case. The only communication I received was an automated email from someone named Rachel Chamber, who was listed as representing me, yet I never spoke to her by phone or email at any point.
Because of the ongoing silence, I called again on 12/29/2025 to ask why no one had reached out to me. That same day, I received a generated email stating that my case was closed, without any explanation or prior discussion.
Closing a case without ever communicating with the client—after collecting all signed documents and sensitive information—is unacceptable. This reflects poor communication and questionable business practices. It felt like the firm was quick to collect my information but unwilling to provide even basic follow-up or transparency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone who values clear communication and professional client care.
