I’ve used this company many a time, David Scourfield has been my go-to and never failed bringing me the best advice, top level negotiation and of course best final numbers to move me forward with my mortgages! He worked tirelessly and to no end day in day out and I’m forever thankful to have him on my side.

I would like to say a big thank you to Gareth John for the amazing job he's done is securing my first Mortgage and supporting me through the all process. The information he provided was so thorough and he explained everything with such detail and care. No question was left unanswered and I was always provided with many options so I could choose what suited me best. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his guidance. James was absolutely amazing, we couldn't have asked for a better mortgage advisor, he walked us through every stage with ease, set everything up so we only had minimal to worry about throughout the process. When we began the process, we were worried as I had past issues and worried we wouldn't get a mortgage, but James was an absolute star, and it didn't take him long to get it all sorted. Could not recommend James enough to anyone looking for any kind of financial advice, easy 5 stars.

Had (and continue to have) a great experience with MFS. David Scourfield has been amazing in sourcing our mortgage and offering financial advice for a wide range of issues. He has saved me a lot of money already through the sourcing of a much cheaper mortgage and much better insurance products to replace my existing ones. He has been exceptionally quick at responding to all my questions and has been understanding about my situations, offering sound advice based on my individual circumstances. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending David and MFS to my friends and family and will continue to use their services in the future.

Tony took all the stress out of our remortgage. We were also including our ‘help to buy’ which added a layer of complexity that Tony dealt with without missing a beat. Excellent value for the service. Tony was always available and replied promptly to even my most idiotic of questions. Highly recommend

Was sooo worried about the whole process of remortgaging a HTB property but Tony made it seem so seamless and easy, from finding a lender, solicitor etc..! I recommend Tony greatly!

We needed an experienced mortgage advisor to help us with our remortgage due to it being help to buy so instructed Tony. He was excellent throughout the process, constantly keeping us informed and extremely thorough. He noticed the smallest details which we would have overlooked and is extremely knowledgeable - there was not a question we asked him that he didn’t know!
