As first time buyers we were not even sure where to start as everything seemed very overwhelming. David Scourfield helped us find our first mortgage and took away so much stress from the process and we cannot thank him enough. He was there every step of the way explaining things and helped things seem not so scary. Communication was great and David was always on hand to answer any questions with very quick responses. I had been thinking about buying a second home for ages but everything seemed to confusing for me as I would have had to withdraw money out of the house I was in. Also all the interest rates I was being quoted was way too high. My fixed term was coming to a End anyway so I just thought I'd ask David Schofield to have a quick check. Within 24hrs of me goving him my mortgage details and payslips he got back to me with two amazing deals. Way cheaper than what I'd been quoted. We met for a coffee in costa just to run through things properly. And now hopefully will be in my dream house next month with and house to let out. It was easy and simple the only thing I regret is not putting it off and doing it sooner.

We have used Darin at Morgan FS on a number of occasions now, both for new and re-mortgaging. He is always extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family when they need to look at mortgage applications.

Had a good appointment with Gareth John as I approach the expiry of the current mortgage. Took the time to talk through my options, reviewed the market but ultimately suggested I stay with my current provider.

Accepting the offer was simple and straightforward, and he's also promised to keep an eye on the rates and get a lower one if it becomes available before the expiry of my current rate.
