Slechte service en communicatie

Goede producten maar zeer slechte service en communicatie! Order besteld op 26/05 en nog altijd niet geleverd. Geen enkele communicatie hierrond komt van hen. Al meerdere malen update moeten vragen en nooit concrete info gekregen. We zijn bijna 1 maand verder voor 2 deo refills en nog steeds niet geleverd. Langer wachten kan gebeuren…Maar zo lang en met zo weinig communicatie…Hierdoor hebben ze mijn vertrouwen verloren. En ik hoop nog veel andere klanten

Bestelling 31/5 na 2 weken nog niet onderweg!

Bestelling gedaan op 31/05 en tot op heden nog geen duidelijke info wanneer ik uiteindelijk mijn goederen mag verwachten. Ook op mails wordt amper gereageerd of enkel flauwe excuses. Al 2 keer gezegd dat het pakket eind van de week opgestuurd zou worden, maar telkens in de nieuwe week nog niets mogen ontvangen. Qua service is er dus nog heel wat verbetering nodig!

Top deo, irritante mailinglijst…

Moro essentials verkoopt hele goede deodorant. Misschien wel de beste die ik heb gehad. Ik zou ze het liefst 5 sterren geven, ware het niet dat je na ELKE bestelling toegevoegd wordt een een irrante mailinglijst, waar je je niet voor hebt aangemeld. Ongelooflijk hinderlijk. Wanneer dat weer gebeurt, koop ik er nooit meer.
