Morris Homes built the 1 bed apartment I live in at Kirkham on Princes Meadows.
It’s lovely. Really well built and finished to a high standard. Any little snags I had initially have been resolved quickly. All the office team and tradesmen have been so helpful and kind to me. I would definitely recommend buying a Morris Home.

Tracy at Arden park has been fantastic throughout the buying experience even when I decided to switch plots she made everything simple and easy. After visiting many different developments and countless visits the customer service at Shelbourne Estates has been by far the best of any builder. A big credit to the company I haven’t been easy to deal with and asked so many questions but always takes the time to answer everything.

Since walking into the office at the hunsbury-grange site, shelbourne side of the development, Lynn, Jess and Pauline have been amazing, very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. We have developed a really good relationship with all 3 ladies to the point of calling them friends. The area sales manager Michaela has also been very supportive. A fantastic team.

I had a pleasure to deal with a lovely woman called Hannah In horwich, she was very helpful and attentive to explain my questions in regards the propriety. I highly recommended.

Do not buy a new house from Morris Homes!!! we have been waiting 7+ years for our roads to be built and we still do not have drains that work or tarmac outside of our house that is more than 7 years old. they say they're doing something but no progress.

Visited 3 showrooms (capesthorpe, disley and melford), the layout of capesthorpe and melford is organise and practical for the user from 2 - 5 members.

Morris is a truly genuine and helpful company, with staff who are not only insightful and kind but also genuinely dedicated to providing support. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel valued and confident, offering assistance with any questions or concerns you might have. Their commitment to excellent customer service makes every interaction positive and reassuring.

Finding such truly beautiful homes in the Morris development at The Grange in Formby, I was desperate to own one and decided to proceed with a purchase. Both Anne and Margie were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The reservation process was smooth, with no fuss, and I have been kept informed of each step. Thoroughly excellent service. Thank you!

Excellent service and communication from all the staff at Hunsbury Grange in Northampton

Appalling treatment of the residents of Lion Court in Birmingham. There are fire safety issues such as wooden balconies to be replaced but Morris Homes keep fobbing off the management company as to when they’re going to do it. We can’t get an EWS1 certificate until it’s been done. It’s difficult to get a mortgage & you can only sell to cash buyers. This has been going on for years. Disgraceful behaviour.

Hannah has been amazing with helping us pick the correct house and her advise was so important. She made sure the correct advice was given. We appreciate her help and support.

I had a fantastic experience with Morris Home, and I want to give a special shout-out to Hannah at Rivington Park, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference.

Hannah was brilliant at Rivington Park today. Gave us great advice on the homes available in our price range and was able to direct us where to view a property at another site so we can see the inside.

Shocking company to purchase from, they ignore you and call you a liar - do not listen to your concerns and will neglect their duty to repair their faults.

I have cctv footage of their head of customer services witnessing the fault, but then proceed to say there is no fault.

They ignore emails, and only will reply when you cc in their MD. No respect.

Cowboys, I'd never buy a Morris Homes again. Shocking quality and aftercare
