This may not be a legal company for what…

This cannot be a legal company for what they are doing. Knock on my door ( no appointment booked)to read my meters apparently for OVO , I’m not with OVO . I’m disabled and was still in bed 8am, had to struggle to the door for this nonsense .He said he was told to go in through back gate to take meter readings, I have a NO trespassing sign which obviously made no difference. Had meter checks done 4 weeks ago so now I’m taking legal steps as I’m not standing for this hassle.

Absolutely fuming that one of your…

Absolutely fuming that one of your employees parked and blocked our drive for over an hour on 17/07/24 FL71 B*W. Next time it will be removed, also plenty of cctv images to prove this if you supply an email address.

Excellent Service

Zahid came out to get our smart meter operational as it was installed in November and had never worked as a smart meter. He persisted to troubleshoot and managed to get it up and running. He was very efficient, curtious and explained the display unit clearly.

Smart Meter Installation

The engineer attended my residence to install a smart meter on the property. He carried out the installation and tidied up the wiring as he did so. Once the smart meter was up and running he explained how it worked. Throughout he conducted himself in a highly friendly and professional manner.

Only made my meter issues worse

Two meter readers I've dealt with, both acted in a grandiose manner, as if they were my saviour, and they'd fix my 'meter mix up issue' simply by stating the obvious. In reality they are not trained electricians I asked the meter reader today, they cannot run a check meter test or isolate meters, only engineers can. They can only do a burns test, which they avoid unless you push them. I would record on video any meter reading etc they do as the first guy I saw in December lied saying he'd done a burns test as proof when he hadn't.

Trespassing

Trespassing...
Imagine being sat at home with a newborn baby and someone comes on to your property didn't knock but started taking photos of your home! We have no trespassing signs up and clear to see however the man took no notice of this and continued to take photographs! Absolutely disgusting scared me to death!

Bunch of weirdos

Same guy in orange vest keeps turning up unannounced and trespassing onto private property to take gas meter reading every other month.

Yet I submit my own reading every month (with photographic proof).

No courtesy to knock on the door or leave a calling card.

I'll be putting a padlock on the box now, as this has got to stop.

Smart meters fitted by Zayad

Zayad done a great job fitting SMART meters. He explained everything very well and asked if I had any questions. Any potential issues were also explained, fortunately no major issues arose and Zayad completed the job efficiently and within the timescale. He then explained how to read the smart meters and the in house display unit. He was polite and friendly. Overall excellent service provided.

Painless and professional

Zayad was very professional. On arrival he surveyed the existing installation and the thick stone walls of the house before deciding how to proceed. Once he started he removed the old meter and set about tidying up what had been a pretty messy board. He worked quickly and incredibly neatly to transform the electrical cupboard, before moving on to the gas meter outside. Once finished, he performed safety checks on both systems.

I am very pleased with the work done. Zayad is a very personable guy who has a strong work ethic. Thank you.

Suspicious, unwanted trespassing for no reason.

Man arrived at my door today whilst I was out who firstly went creeping around the side of my house, into my back garden by opening the back gate, and then back around to the front door. Once he spotted my CCTV he then tried to present an ID badge and then left my driveway within 10 seconds. If he had not of seen my CCTV god knows what he would have done. My energy supplier have no record or knowledge of this company and there was no reason for him to be at my home. Extremely suspicious and trespassing on my property without invitation or authorisation.

They cut through our CCTV cable

They cut through our CCTV cable. Cables are loose and hanging everywhere. And called the guy that installed it he said it would cost me £55 to re do it as that’s all he gets to do it or move it myself, They will be getting a bill from us as well as a reinstall as it looks like a kid has installed it

Good Friendly Service

Sean installed our Smart Meter today. He explained what he needed to do and clearly went thro the useful features on the in-home display....in a very pleasant manner!

Good experience

Received a message in the morning of what time the engineer would be there, he was there within 10 minutes of the stated time. Nice pleasant guy, got the job done and explained how the meter works to me after.

After telling this organisation…

After telling this organisation multiple times to stop coming to my property after they caused significant damage, today they broke in.

My meter readings are submitted to the energy provider - who admitted to losing them so I photographed the meter readings. That matter is with the Energy Ombudsman.

Today, after looking at my security cameras, I find Morrisons Data Service on my private property and forcing entry. I was at home and they failed to knock the door and ask to gain access. They had no reason to be on my private property due to the energy provider already created a bill. Meter readings were required in 3 months time.

Complaint made again and included the energy provider, the energy ombudsman and will be reporting the matter to the police. Invoice will be submitted for the damage.
