Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

The 1500 fee was supposed to be added to Morgage then I had to pay 1500 on completion

My remortgage was not straightforward but the team at Mortgage Experience were excellent. They sourced an appropriate lender, walked me through the process and kept me updated throughout. Simon & Jolie responded promptly to any queries and made the process as painless possible.

Lee is brilliant, couldnt of picked a better mortgage broker, always on hand to answer any questions and helpful in every way, knowledgeable about life insurance etc aswell to clue us up on what will suit our needs best and not pressure you into picking anything you dont want

Honestly Lee has been brilliant getting us our mortgage for our new house. He looked at all the options for us, discussed them with us in fine detail and explained how it all worked. He constantly communicated with us throughout every aspect of the application. We had a few bumps in the road (not on his behalf) and he sorted them out for us no problem at all, contacting solicitors, lenders ect. Couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you so so much xxx

The experience from start to finish was a 5 star service. The process was very simple, everything was explained in detail, and I was put at ease all the way through the process. I dealt with an advisor by the name of Robert Gadd and I would highly advise using this gentleman. He was an extremely professional and helpful person.
