The Equity Release industry has a bad name from past practices which made me very nervous about the process. I did a lot of research beforehand to ensure that the Equity Release & Mortgage Partnership were properly set up and regulated and even then I was anxious about getting into something which could go horribly wrong. From the get go Tom was reassuring and clear, he answered all my somewhat searching queries about him and his company and I came to realise that the service he offers is just what I needed. He supplied comprehensive information about my options and the pros and cons of all of them. I chose the product that best matched my needs but at no point was I tied in, the deal only became binding once I had accepted the offer and Completion had occurred. This is when Tom's fee is paid also, so he takes a huge risk doing all the work which could come to nothing. My own case was delayed hugely by some Land Registry issues but Tom was patient and helpful throughout and we got there in the end. I am delighted with the result and would like to thank Tom and his team for a job very well done. I have no hesitation in recommending the Equity Release and Mortgage Partnership.

Very efficient from Tom, from the initial enquiry from myself to completion.
Any questions or queries were dealt with in a prompt manner, giving good advice allowing myself to make a decision.

From the very first phone call Richard Wylde put our minds at ease as we had a bad experience with a previous so called Equity Release Specialist . He took the time to listen and went out of his way to get back to the office so he would be more equipped to assist us . Richard Wylder gave exemplary service through what became a very lengthy Equity Release mortgage application. We had many difficulties mostly from poor legal advice but every time Richard rose to the challenge and found an answer to each and every problem. He must have put many hours of work into our application but always tried to appear upbeat and positive which gave us confidence.
