We have used Morton Parasols several times over the last few years. Paul and Rob are great, always give sound advice.

We purchased our outdoor Parasol from Morton Parasols a couple of years ago, a small part that holds on of the arms in place snapped, I contacted Paul yesterday and I am really pleased to confirm that I have today received the replacement part FOC. 100% fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend this company.

The customer service is magnificent!
The parasols are fantastic, we’ve had ours now for 4 years in Portugal and they are out all the time. Still as good as new!!!

Had 2 large parasols covering our outside seating area for several years, always had very efficient and quick support with a couple of small queries and just today being sent 2 replacement clips free of charge, we will always use Morton for future upgrades, highly recommended

Very helpful and efficient staff. I needed a replacement parasol cover which was over ten years old and even though that parasol is no longer in production, they were still able to supply a replacement cover with next day delivery. Would highly recommend - proper old school customer service.

We started using Morton’s over 10 years ago for parasols at our hotels.

Recently, we have refurbished and updated the parasols, out of choice, not necessity - that’s the quality we are dealing with.

Richard, Stuart and the team have gone above and beyond to maintain standards - a testament to a family run business.

Although it has been some time since we have had communication, the professionalism, guidance and service that has been provided has been exemplary.

Undoubtedly we will use Morton’s Parasols for our upcoming and future projects.

I purchased a wall hung brolly many years ago, its still going strong but need a spare part due to wear and tear, constant use, could not have had a better experience with Morton they went above and beyond to get my part, thank you Morton, and Rob for your help.

Paul was so efficient and helpful to us when purchasing a huge jumbrella 4 years ago and replacing the hood recently due to fire damage. Great quality and great service - thank you Morton Parasols!

Whilst the product is excellent the stand out for us was the superb service from beginning to end. Order to delivery was inside 7 days.
