Update: I have since gotten a review. The day after posting this review I was contacted with a reference number, by someone from Mosse, who “looked” into it and I received a refund. Thank you TrustPilot for being the catalyst that pressured them. I don’t think I would have gotten my refund without it.
Original: After I paid and was given access to the program, I experienced nothing but problems. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. They appeared to give me directions but nothing they suggested helped.
I contacted customer service and number of times about the issues and after a week, I decided to give up. I asked for a refund and they said yes sorry to see you go and promptly canceled my account. They said they would send a refund.
After not getting my refund, I contacted them again and had to explain everything again and I even sent all the previous emails. They said sorry, it was a glitch and they would send my partial refund. I asnswer that I had issues from the beginning and I would like a full refund. They replied that I would get one and I’m still waiting. It’s been a month now.

I received stellar customer service from Mosso! They treated my concern with empathy and professionally and I felt that the issue was handled quite well, as though it was important to respond. I have not had such completely satisfactory customer care in a very long time.

TRIED TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION within 20 mins as saw that this would not be relevant to me and got no help. Company keeps changing name to get subscription paid I have paid for 2 months Subscription I NEVER wanted. Do not download this APP Bank contacted the company but they keep billing

I paid $77AUD to get my plan. When I opened my email, Mosso wanted a further $28 to unlock my actual plan. So what did I pay $77 for?
Obviously I have unsubscribed.

I purchased a 4 week subscription but was then charged a separate second fee for a bundle I did not ask for nor want. I emailed the company which refused to refund, then said they would refund 25%, then 50%, and when I said I would lodge a formal complaint they finally said they would refund the full bundle amount. They now keep saying they have issued the refund but it is still not showing in my bank account. This site is predatory.
I DID provide more information today including my invoice number. No money has been refunded. My review is 100% true!
I also have all the emails I sent and the replies from Mosso.
I have now sent the reference number as well as my invoice number to Mosso and still no refund showing in my bank account.
Update as of 5/27/2026: still no refund! Still waiting!

Mosso.ai had an interesting concept, but overall I wasn’t very impressed with the app. It may suit people who feel unsure about their style and appearance, however I found the clothing suggestions completely off my personal style, age group, and body type. I also confirmed that I was based in Australia, yet most of the shopping suggestions linked to American stores, which made the recommendations even less useful for me.
The app itself was not very user-friendly, and cancelling my subscription was frustrating. I had to cancel twice and eventually send a separate request for cancellation and refund. On a positive note, once I contacted them directly, Mosso responded quickly and processed both the cancellation and refund promptly, which I appreciated.

I was so excited to try this app, but when I looked at my credit card they up charged me for a “plan” I didn’t order plus the one I did order. Every email address I can find, including the ones they sent in emails to me came back as invalid. So frustrating and disappointing. If I could email them to try to work things out, I would not left a negative review. But this is ridiculous.

My daughter accidentally subscribed to these services without permission and didn’t understand there would be a charge. She thought it was some sort of makeover game. The company graciously cancelled the subscription quickly and offered a partial refund. Auto Fill and Apple Pay can be seriously dangerous when kids play on your phone!
