The analysis was completely off base

The analysis was completely off base. The "stylist" was useless, the colors were horrid and the suggested styles were nothing I would ever wear. RIP OFF

I have liked the ads I’ve seen but it didn’t work for me.

I have liked the ads I’ve seen showing the outfits so I thought I’d try it. When purchasing, there were three extra offers that I did not want. The website would not let me decline or proceed to check out. I clicked on one and was immediately charged. I couldn’t cancel my purchase so I opted out by closing the site. I was charged for the whole process and wanted to cancel. I have disputed the charges with my bank.

Mosso needs to improve clothing selection

This company’s recommendation for women’s clothing was not my style at all. The recommendations were not only out of date, but out of style. I was on their site for 10 minutes and immediately cancelled and requested a refund.

After some negotiations, I’m happy to report that they have refunded my money in full. I verified on my bank statement.

From pact closet to practical closet hopefully in 4 weeks!

I love to shop and i love clothes.. what i need to where for work is not always what I would wear in my everyday life. I like pieces that are a little unique but totally me.. but wanted to streamline my closet and really have items in it that look great and work ..no way could an app do this right! I’m pleasantly surprised.. within in minutes I’m off to a great start.. I will be able to weed out the items that are all wrong in know time.

Best Customer Service

I had mistakenly been charged for 2 items by mosso.ai. When I saw my credit card statement I got in touch with them, thinking that as usual with shops on social media I would have a hard time.
Instead, whoever in Customer Service received my email was the nicest person I’ve ever known when it comes to a refund. They immediately cancelled the charges and wrote such a wonderful letter back to me.
I wish I needed their services right now but I don’t. I would do business with them in a heartbeat!

The suggested outfits were awful and…

The suggested outfits were awful and basic, AI was dressing me like a cliche Midwest gal going thru a mid-life crisis. Requested immediate cancellation and refund to which they said would only give a partial refund of 25%. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, TOTAL SCAM.

I've been using Mosso for the last two…

I've been using Mosso for the last two weeks. It helped me better understand what would best enhance my beauty and balance my appearance in relation to my body shape and skin colour.
